I have received about 50 calls from this number, at my work place. They do not answer me when I pick up. When I return the call there is no name to leave a message. I had a male co-worker pick up my phone one day when it rang from this number, and they said "sorry, I have the wrong number." They never say anything to me!

Got a call from this number on 9/21/2011 at 9:34 AM. No one spoke so I hung up. I think someone's dialing random numbers and seeing what reactions they get. Probably someone mentally ill.
Kind of creepy.

I received a call at 7:36pm from a man who would not identify himself calling from San Diego Design Center, stating he was calling to confirm a work order for our bath room tile repair and kitchen repair work that was scheduled by my husband for Friday September 23, 2011.  He even knew my husband's full name.  In addition, he wanted to transfer me over to his supervisor to confirm our address.  At that point of the conversation, I told the man that I was unaware of the work order he was talking about, and I would not confirm our physical address with him or anybody else for that matter.  I told him to contact my husband.  When my husband came home I told him about the caller and my husband told me he didn't not place a work order for any repairs in our house.  The caller's information appeared on my home manager "Unavailable" but the caller's phone number appeared 1-760-529-1582.

These freakin telemarketers. I can't even seem to speak to anybody. When I answer the call, it just disconnects. When I try to call back, the message says something like " this caller does't except incoming calls". Such b***s***. I get bombarded by these types of phone calls usually once a day if not more. If somebody finds a way to report this a***ole to the FCC, please post. Let's try to to put an end to this small drop of water in a hugh bucket of telemarketers.

rings with no answer next time will not answer just disconnect

Received a call from a woman claiming to be from a design company.   Before she spoke I heard the same "weird" music as one of the other calls stated.   The woman was soft spoken and in less than two seconds realized it was a bogus called.  The concern is she had my name and knew my marital status.  Asked to have my name and number removed from her list and she disconnected.

1:15 pm Thinking it was a call I was expecting, answered.  A female voice said 'hello', I replied 'can I help you?'...nothing and then eventually she hung up.

Got hang-ups starting 8-28,practicaly on a daily basis..

Have received at least 9 phone calls from this number in the last two weeks.  When machine answers it waits, thereby leaving a message, then hangs up.

Person got my address and phone about redesign and never showed up....wish i would have looked this up sooner.  Scared now that they have the address....

I get calls regularly from this number. I see the caller ID and just let the machine get it. Never leaves a message.

Another telemarketing call from this same number today.  This time he gave his name as "Lester Banks" and claimed he was calling from the San Diego Design Center, but I do not believe it.

After I answered with "Hello," it took several seconds for someone to come on the line, which generally indicates a telemarketing company using an automatic dialer.  The caller identified himself as "Mario Best," calling to sell "exterior stucco."  When I asked him for his company name and phone number, he refused and became belligerent.  He refused to acknowledge my request to never call again.  After I asked several times for his company name and phone number, he went silent until I hung up.

Call from 760-529-1582 came in at 8:35 pm. Just some weird electronic music, then silence. I hung up a few seconds later. It was damn exciting.

Thought it was my co-worker in Escondido calling or I would never have picked up. There was no sound when I said "hello", but then, some weird sounding porno music started playing, so I hung up.

Just received a call from this number...at first no one would talk but I could hear the person and others laughing in the background.  I asked who was calling and he said a home design company and I want to show you my portfolio.  When I said I was on the "do not call list" he said but I am only 21 and trying to make a living and you are going to report me?  I then hung up!

This number called twice, once on my cellphone and once on my landline.  The cellphone call played music. The call on my landline said nothing, Who and how did they get both my numbers, got both calls within 1 1/2 hours.  It is disturbing!

Number called at 11:47 am PDT - left no message.  I'm in the 619 area code.

I just got a call from that number.  When you call it back, it just says to leave a message, then it says the vm box is full, try again later.

Glad I googled this number.  Thanks for all the information in the previous responses.  Iagree that these louses should be shot.

Got calls from this number from time to time since July 2011. I was trying to call back and leave a vm once but the vm box was full. Finally googled this number and glad I did. blocked the ID now.

hungn up after 4 rings. So annoying. ID says cell phone ca.

I received a call a minute ago, from the same number. It is either an unprofessional telemarketing company in Northern San Diego or a construction company looking to do remodel home construction. And they wonder why people calling homes get such a bad rap.  How is this different than SPAM.  Now, if they're polite, I don't have a problem with them.  Otherwise, they should be shot.  It's that simple.

Got a call from this guy asking for a family member by name and when he found out he wasn't available he asked when he would be home. kinda freaky. The guy he had some pertinent financial information for us and said it was very important that he speak directly to my family member. Definitely block him!

kinda freaky, ole boy calls us every once and a while but we never get to the phone on time. today i finally picked up the call and he started going on about how his pants were too tight. The freaky thing was he knew our names. Lord help him when someone finds out his information. My advice to everyone is block the number asap.

Received call, no voice then music

Received a call from this number at 8:50 PM.

First there was strange music, then an annoying male voice that repeatedly asked for a resident of this household and would not engage in conversation.  Caller hung up after about one minute.

I received a call from this number today @ 1:45 p.m..  The caller ID listed a number-no name,  I didn't pick-up and the caller did not leave a message.

Got a call from this number and when I answered it, there was just weird music. Then when I said hello, a man laughed and mumbled something. Very strange, so I just hung up.
