man with accent talking about government misuse of funds........wanted donation.....told him number was being reported to CCPD as harassing phone call.   told caller to remove name from call list

It happened to me too. What is weird is that it called both my home and my cell phone within a half an hour time period. The only place I have both my cell phone so it really seemed like someone I know.

Keep getting calls (at least ten times a day) from this number. ITS A PHONE SCAM!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.

have gotten called by this number several times -- but no one answers, and call disconnects shortly after I answer -- I though a malfunctioning "robocall" but now not so sure...

I found out that this number is a google number. They claimed to be community free California.

I got a call from this number twice in the same day. The first one was either a young male or a female asking for someone (I was sleeping in when they called me). Then 25 mins later, the same number calls me again but this time a male that was speaking spanish. Told him I was busy (sleeping) and he hung up.

It's been 3 days with me as well.  3 Times a day. Caller ID says Blythe.

This number (760-544-3639 Blythe, CA) called me twice during the middle of the day during the week. Never left a voicemail. Finally answered the third and last time and it just hung up when I said hello. Called back and got google voicemail. I blocked the number after the third call. Thanks for tip Chuck! Just got smartphone and didn't know blocking callers was possible.

I've been getting calls for the past few days, but when I answer they hang up.  They have called 3 times today.

Phone call received 3 times today and a few times the past days. This 760 is my area code so I think it might be someone I know. They hang up every time I answer. When I call back recording says it's a GOOGLE subscriber. ??? SO annoying. They call and wake my kids up.

Phone call received 12:44 pm on 5-18-13.  Hispanic female speaking only Spanish yet asked for me by my first name.  Told her I didn't speak Spanish and she said "Okay, Bye."  Has been calling for the past five days but this is the first time I have answered the call.  Showing up as a 760 area code.

been getting these calls the past few days. they answer and dont say anything. so i called back and tells me to say my name after beep. then they try to transfer me to a google subscriber? then says the google subscriber can not take calls at this time. ANNOYING!

I AM FED UP WITH THE FEDS NOT CRACKING DOWN ON THESE B****EADS!  NOT ONLY FROM THIS NUMBER, BUT FROM 406-598-0177, 713-357-5251, AND 951-252-6166.  THESE ARE SCAM ARTISTS TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR COMPUTER STATING THEY ARE FROM MICROSOFT TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT - THAT YOUR COMPUTERS INTERNET IS INFECTED. GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF THIS.

I've been getting phone calls from this number about every other day for the past couple weeks. When i call back I'm getting the same Google voice mail. Hopefully they stop calling because i never pick up a # I.don't know.

Received 2 calls from this number today, did not answer and they left no message. I called the # back and it was Google voicemail. I'm adding this # to my blocked # list so they'll get a REJECTION message when they call back. I have no time to play scammer games.

Also keep getting calls and I don't answer...getting more frequent at least once per day..maybe two.  Feel like telling them off....:)

This number has called me several times yesterday. I wasn't home to take the call my husband kept asking to take a message but they just said they would call back and then hung up. Caller ID is from Blythe

Got a call from (760) 544-3639 Sunday afternoon 10/30/2011.  Asked for me pesonally. Hispanic woman. I said, "can I take a message?" she hung up.  Caller ID said "Blythe"

Same things as other people who've posted about this #...they call, I don't recognize the #, the name shows up as "Blythe" (Blythe, CA, I assume).  A couple times, I decided to pick up to finally see who it is.  I have heard a lady's voice (possibly Hispanic), but she didn't say much...just seemed to be confused and unable to speak English.
