The same number is calling me and it is awful.  He keeps threatening me and telling me the only way to stop the calls is to have my attorney call.  The gentleman goes by "John".  This must stop.  I have saved the messages and will be going to the police.  The number is 760-544-3698.

The scammer that called me from this number went by the name "Steven Knox". First thing I do is start asking them personal information because they do the same thing. I also know they use Magic jack phone lines from Best Buy. Just tell them you know their using the MJ, and their calling from an apartment in India. One scammer decided I knew too much information. Just be persistant you know every detail about their lives. Thats what I do. I also keep record of the phone numbers that call me.

In the event the FBI wants information, I had a scammer on the phone for an hour chatting with him about the weather/family/his favorite things. I know he works for his uncle out of a 2 bedroom apartment in a small town in India. He does not have a car, and is working to buy one. He also lives with his mom, dad and brother, and his uncle yells at him alot. He would like to get a real job, but considering he lives in this small town, there is not that much in the way of job oppertunities. Also they work out of small towns because the chances of them getting caught are dramatically less than if they were in one of the bigger cities. He also spoke pretty good english, and he wants to go to college in the near future. I also asked him what does he think scammer is going to look like on his resume, and he said they are setup as legit corporations, but the blame will be placed elsewhere if they happen to find them.

760-544-3698. I am a secretary for a company and these people call repeatedly for random people in the company. Once, the person no longer worked for the company and I said so. The caller was belligerant and called me a liar.

This Dan at 760-544-3698 just called at 8;00 this morning at work. He calls twice a day one in the morning and one in the afternoon with different phone#. You are right-he is with heavy accent. Luckily
I have caller ID and can screen the caller. Please stop this harrassment calls.

I meant to say you can leave the personal information blank if you DON'T want to give the FTC your info and still file the complaint.  Thanks.

I have been receiving the same calls for the past week on my cell phone.  I just submitted a complaint with the FTC. Thank you for the advice.  The FTC website does ask for contact info.  However, you can leave it blank and still file the complaint if you want to give them your info.  I hope this helps.  We should all do it and stop this company.

Eddie Jones the guy that calls me from this # informed me today that America will be ashes in 10 years and that he works for Bin Laden.

I have been receiving calls from these people too and so i decided I would call back and harrass them.  The guy then told me to watch out and that america would be ashes in 10 years.  they are crazy.  The gov't probably really needs to look into this scam. he said he worked for Bin Laden and everything.

Jayson, do not speak with these people. They are trying to commit fraud. The owner of my company where I get most of the calls already knows not to foward me these calls. Its a pain in the butt, but they will move on to the next victom soon.

Do not call Shawn Thorrami office. The guy with the indian accent identified themselves with this name....This is fraudulent, Recommend not giving any information. I get calls like this every few months and its the same thing.

Got the same call and the same spill i was given the name Shawn Khorrami Law Office.  I called the law office.  I am glad I did because they are investigating it and hopefully everyone can let them know if they have received the call.  Below is the law office number and just tell them why you are calling.  The receptionist will forward you to the CEO who I believe his name is Alex.

This law office is taking this very serious and the CEO is gathering information pertaining to the calls to spend the time and energy to investigate and stop this.  I'm glad I took the time to research and get the above information from the caller who by the way said his name was Gay Jackson.  I will be hearing from the law office on Monday.  This office is spending there time and money to get to the bottom of this and not have their name attached to the calls.  Smart Company just to bad they have to spend their money to fix a problem that isn't theirs.

On August 4, 2011, early in the morning. I received a cellular phone call from an indian man with a heavy accent that I could not understand. He stated to me "Send Us The Money" or we will come and get you and have you deported. Guess what, I am African American Born in California. He further stated that "We Know Where You Live At" in a threatening manner. The information that he provided to me was wrong. The discription was totally off and he could not speak clear english enough for me to understand anything he was saying. This sounds like a bill collector with the wrong information, wrong cellular phone number with the intent to harras the person who owes the bill. I am awaiting the next call so I can record it and send it to the local authorities.

Keeps calling me at work  and cell and can't understand a word he says and is really rude so I put them on hold and left them there. What a waste of peoples time so I agree with erlymier and we should just keep calling them and make their day miserable.

Again, these morons will not stop calling me!  
I called them back today and told them I am going to the FBI so I need their information.   He told me that the FBI is in his left pocket!  Began to cuss me out and refused to give me any information.  Then hung up the phone.

Same thing with me except they swore profussely.  So I called them back 5 or 6 times.  Each time they get more and more angry.  I am going to make it a practice for each of my employees (about 45 in total) to call them 3 times a day.  For fun we are going to record these and publish them on youtube.  Try searching for "7605443698" on youtube in a few weeks to enjoy the fun.

File a complaint with the FTC.GOV site maybe they can help , i just filed my complaint. I am getting the same calls at the same time every day leaving messages.

This annoying guy keeps calling me!  I can hardly understand him.  But he threatens me.... been going on for months!  I want to get this guy!!

same guy called me Eric Brown ...told me in a very thick indian accent that I took out a loan online and when they tried to get into my account to get a payment it was denied...well yea...never took out a loan...much less one on line...anyway..told me my email address and said that I put my son and an old recepitionist who I dont talk to anymore as references and we would all three be arrested tomorrow if I didnt give him my attorney information and acted surprised when I told him this was the first I heard of any of this....then he wanted to settle it right now so I could save jail time for me and my two friends who have extored money from this company....GEEEZZZZ.....told it was okay and that I would deal with it tomorrow when they arrest us...called and made a police report....cant imagine people falling for this stuff but I'm sure they do...lets hope  dont end sending my next email to you from jail...but I doubt it...

Just recd a threatning phone call from 760-544-3698 at my job. The guy had a India accent. I did not quite catch his name. Calling the cops, they will pick me up. I had payday loans but they have been paid off. They are very annoying. Usually call two to three times my job. Getting sick and tired. Wont give any info out to me.

they do the same exact thing to me. they will not stop. they sound like they are from india. they tell me they are from law offices and wont give me any other information but they will see me in court that a cop will pick me up. they know alot of information about me they call my cell phone and work phone and always start cussing me or my co workers out when i say i am not available.

I got 2 calls from "Eddie Jones".  Very strong eastern accent.  The first message said the call was a warning.  The second message said the call was the last and final warning.  He also said threatened with criminal charges and that he was from "law office".  Would not specify the name of the firm.  And last week, he was "Charlie Jones".  These people are trying to get banking informatiion from you.  Please file the reports so we can get people like these behind bars!

I had called the police because these people call from several different numbers , and are always treatning me. They said i had to file a report then I can go online and use my report number to file complaint with the FBI , So everyone else that gets harrassed also please do the same. The FBI will only investigate once so many people Complain.!!

someone calls me 2 or 3 times a month saying they are with sharon ghorranny law office(goggled and could not find) says I owe money and there is a warrent out for my arrest..Is sending police to pick me up.Asked them to fax copy of paper work, they would not do that..Asked who is sueing me and what for they would not tell me..Curses me out..and hangs up..Who are these people..How do I get them to stop..I filed for bankruptcy and everything is paid off. I dont owe anyone anything
