Just got a call today from A Russell feed with Morgan & associates. Said a warrant will be filed for my arrest in one hour since I'm not complying with my pay day loans. Tried to call the number back and it automatically hangs up on me. Judging by the comments I'd say its a scam.

This is a scam!!! I got a call from this number threatening to arrest me for an unpaid payday loan that was paid..demanding 200 from me... I called the REAL lawfirm and they did inform me that it is a scam!  russel reed would not even speak to me after he threatened all of rhis so when i called back and told them i was calling the FBI they told me not to call back and hung up!!! DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!!!!

this is a scam, it is the same voice of a guy who has called me under 3 different names demanding money and that...if I don't return his call.."the situation will unfold upon me"  Just an idiot trying to scam some money out of people

got a call from this number to. very abusive people called me every name under the sun (wont mention any as it was way past profane) threatened me with arrest the whole nine yards. if you call them back and annoy them they yell at you to stop calling but it makes them mad so thwy stop calling you. A good dose of their own medicine works. DO NOT fall for their scam. you can not be arrested for failure to pay a loan.

No...unfortunately.   These are scammers who are hidden,  spoof CIDs,   and many are from out of the country.  Who would you sue?   What lawyer would take a case on an "Unknown"  scammer somewhere else in this world?   It would be a fruitless effort that would be outlandishly expensive.     My preferred method, with government blessings,  would be a Drone strike when located.

they keep calling me asking me for money

Got a call this morning I answered and they are telling me i am being sued and they are going to garnish my wages.  they also told me the name of the firm is baler&mckenzie.  they wanted me to pay  300.00 to stop the process. his name is russell reed. Also, he me that some one will go to my job and that im going to be aressted for a loan that i took out and when i asked what loan and what company the loan is from and how much the loan was they couldnt give me no information on any loan. SCAM!

Some foreign guy keeps calling me from this number.  Says his name is David Williams.  Sounds more like Abdul Muhammad.  No sure how they think they can get away with threatening to have me arrested but bring it on!!!  Total scammers, ignore them!!!

I am the Office Manager for a company located in Minnesota. I received a phone call from this number looking for one of my employees regarding "a legal matter". She said her name was Kathy Wilson and she works for Baker & McKenzie Associates (but she could not even pronounce "Associates" correctly) - Accent was definately NOT from the United States.  When I asked this Ms Wilson if I looked her company up with the Better Business Bureau to see if they were listed and this was not a scam, she hung up the phone.

I can't believe people are using debt collection scams to get over on people. Russell Reed who claims to be the head attorney also called me with this mess. I must admit I was concerned at first until he said he needed money to be money-gram.  I reported it to FTC.

THESE FORIEGN PEOPLE CONTINUNE TO CALL AND LAUGH WHEN YOU TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING.

My husband just got a call we called back and this lady answered I acted as if I worked for the FBI and she said the Russell reed is unavailable and to come pick  him upthen called my husbands cell talking about she's the manager and she will have him arrested for not paying back a lone because its pass due we haven't taken a loan out some have no  idea wht  the hell their talking about but in taking legal action because enough is enough they have been calling my home harassing us its becoming tedious
