Keep getting hang up phone calls from this phone number! Nothing said, no ID...frustrating!

caller ID said "John Smith"; I answered and got a few seconds of muzak.

Addressed me by name (mispronounced) and said he was from a home improvement/remodeling company.  I replied I was on do not call list and never to call me again.

They called on Saturday afternoon and left no message. Caller ID said "John Smith"

760-547-4288 called this afternoon, no message, caller id said "John Smith".

Got a call today from this number.  Shows up as John Smith.  Guy says something mumbled about my wife said to call back.  Sounded fishy.

Got a call with only phone # appearing in caller ID. When I picked up, I heard recorded music and then someone says.."um wrong number".

I get a call from this number once a week. No one answers after i say hello....its just silence. Getting tired of these calls on my BUSINESS LINE!!

Addressed me as Mr. Blanchey (sp?), told him no one here by that name.  Hung up before I could even get the sentence out.

Just got this Caller ID service,mostly because I keep getting these calls/hang-ups with music.The first call was from this number today John Smith! Now I'm going to try to block this # ~ Wish me luck.

Received call today, music played. called back as it is a local number.message said "voice mail was full so please call back later." have received call from this number twice last week, no message just hang up.

I have had 1 call a day for the past week. Somebody do something about this! This needs to be addressed ASAP! sounds like a scam of some kind. My caller id says its John Smith. Is John trying to see if I'm home so he can rob me?

I got three calls from this guy, on 5/9, 5/11 and today few minutes ago.  I was hunged up everytime when I answered the call.

Caller asked for someone not at home, hung up before I finished the sentence.  Called the number back and got a message saying that box was full, no name.

I have had this call several times too, with similar results. I'll try forwarding this link to the police department.

I got a call today from this number...thanks everyone for posting, I'm glad I did not pick up.

Also got a call from this number with the name JOHN SMITH.... Bull, don't even pick up... They won't call back.  If his does just tell him you know who he is!!! Believe they won't take the chance.

Caller ID said "Smith, John" ....bogus name, no message....scammer

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ASKING FOR ME BY FIRST NAME. SHE MENTIONED THEY'D BE IN TOWN FOR 2 WEEKS, AND TO VISIT; .ALSO MENTIONED THE NAME BRIAN. THERE IS A BRIAN IN OUR FAMILY, BUT HE'S SINGLE. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK, AND IT SAID THE BOX WAS FULL, CALL AGAIN LATER. CAN YOU TELL ME IF THIS NUMBER AT THIS TIME BELONGS TO BRIAN McCLINTON, WHO IS A COUSIN FROM THE EAST COAST, POSSIBLY VISITING SOUTHERN CALIF.  WHEN I TOLD HER I DIDN'T HAVE A GOOD CONECTION, AND ASKED FOR A NUMBER, SHE HUNG UP.

Called and no one answered so I hung up. Anoying!

Caller I.D. tells Unknown Name,did not pick up-left no message.

I got a call from this number today, said he was a Valley Center Contractor and was looking for local work. Looking for work inside or outside my home. I told him nothing was needed and he continue to say well I just need work. do you have anything.......I called back from my caller ID and the mailbox doesn't have a name and is full.

I got the same thing as a previous post: Music played for about 20 seconds and then caller hung up. I also called this number back from Caller ID.  I got a message that the box was full--the recorded message had a space for the caller's name but none was given.
This is probably telemarketing or a phishing scam. These callers stink!

Heard music for a few seconds, then someone asked for my husband, by name.  When told he was not home, she hung up without leaving a message.

I have had three phone calls from this number. Two, when I was not available. The third was a hang up call. When I phone this number I get a message that the box was full.

Person crank called my phone.  Music started just like the person above said.  User asked to ridiculous question and I hung up.

Music played for about 20 seconds and then caller hung up.
