Got a call from this number. Left message saying it was state investigations department of banking and financial law, and that there are 3 charges against me in a fraud case. Says I owe a payday loan company. Nick Williamson gave me two different contact numbers with the same ext. He told me I would have to go to court or I could settle out of court for $471.00. Wouldn't give me any information about the comapny or send me anything regarding this made up case.

I Just got a call from some foreigner telling me the same thing about oweing them money on a payday loan. They had my wifes name but my ss number and date of birth. They wouldnt provide me with no information on the loan they said was outstanding. They said they would prove it in court. I kept questioning them and they eventually hung up. People beware

I got a call today from this man with a strong accent saying that i needed to pay for a loan that i got in january this is a total scam i never recieved anything and when i asked him to send me paperwork showing that i recieved this loan he told me that he had no paperwork and that i could resolve this matter now by paying it or it will go to the court on Monday August 9,2010. Now mind you that i just got this call today Friday August 6,2010 from 760-582-0315. He also state that he was a  State Investigator. What a joke i got no information so i hung up on him and called my bank they had no records of any such thing. People be  aware of calls like this.

I received a call from a person named Damien Marshall with a very thick either East Indian accent or Middle Eastern accent. They have multiple numbers that they use to try to get people to send them money using false debts that do not exist. I believe that these people buy your information online from companies in which you may have submitted a payday loan request or a online survey in which they promise you a free laptop when you complete it. PEOPLE, IT'S ALL A SCAM. They sound so compelling with the rubbish they're trying to sell you and they try to use bullish tactics like threatening to submit your case to the courts. I've spoken to 4 different people that all claim to be Damien Marshall and they wanted me to submit a payment to their lawyer named Marcus Garner and a letter of apology for the debt. What I did was I led them on to believe that I was going to make a payment of $571, and at the very end I asked him a question that just stopped him in his tracks and had him back tracking. First I asked him, How stupid do you think I am? His response: Um, um, um, excuse me? Then I asked: Do you really think I'm going to let you scam me out of my money? His response: Um, um, um This is not  a scam. Then I cussed at him directly. And this is how you can tell that these people are not with the State Investigator. He cussed at me back in some Arabic language and that just made my day. Talk about LMAO!
