We received a call from this number on our home phone @3:17 PM eastern time. The male caller on the other end asked for me and stated to my husband that he has been trying to get me for 5 days. I was not home and the caller was told this. He then asked when I would be home and was told 4:30pm eastern. We received a second call on my husbands cell phone @ 4:19 pm eastern time. He brought the phone to me and the caller mentioned Great Call and started to tell me about a delinquent bill. I questioned him and he stated that he had phoned "this morning" and was told to call back. I stated that we did not receive any calls that morning. I tried to explain the chain of events as stated above and he abruptly stated that he was not there to argue with me and that I could call back on "my" time and disconnected the call.

760-602-6701 is forever calling me, but never leaves a message. I never answer my phone, unless I know who is calling. I am really getting tired of calls like this. I am on the Do Not Call list, but that is a joke. Most days the phone rings numerous times from such calls as this. Beings the government sticks it's nose into everything else, why can't they put a stop to such as this?

On Friday May 16, 2014 at 12:30 pm Pacific Time, I received a voice mail message on my personal cellphone from (760) 602-6701 (Carlsbad CA). The message is as follows:

"Hello. This message is from Great Call, creator of the Jitterbug and the 5Star Urgent Response. Please provide your cellphone number or six to seven digit account number when returning this call at 1-800-276-9797. We are available Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, and on Saturday from 6 am to 2:30 pm Pacific Time. Thank you for using Great Call."

I did not return the call, but instead I went online to check the validity of the callers number (760) 602-6701 and the validity of the toll-free number, 1-800-276-9797, that was left on my voice mail. None of their online toll-free numbers matched the number that was left on my voice mail.

This is very peculiar and suspicious. This is an unsolicited call to my cellphone and I am reporting this information to the FCC.

Do no want any calls at all from this company!!  My mother has a Jitterbug phone and if I need them I will call.

3 calls from this number.  Voice also said Great Call/Jitterbug (which is strange cause my Mom has a Jitterbug - and I pay the bill) and they also left a message on my work phone.  When called back they said something about being a "financial" services company.  Something if fishy!!

The voice message this company left states from GreatCall/Jitterbug. Which is also the same message left from number 800-276-9797.

It is a service call from Jitterbug.  I at one time had service with them for my MIL, but it is not needed any longer.
