Says his name is Ben Nap, and he is suing me, represents a Legal Firm,  no name on that. Severe consequences the sheriff is going to arrest me!  Ohhhh !  Right a sheriff from California is going to arrest me in Florida.  These people are nuts.  Reported them to both Florida and California States District Attorneys Office!  You know this kind of stuff is illegal!

Just received the same message from Jack said I needed to call or my retained attorney.  Been recinving these phones calls for a year.  I have reported them to the attorney general & FBI.  Also received calls british virgin islands, california and florida.  I don't answer their calls.  Its all a scam and I am really getting tired of it.

I received a message on our work voice mail this morning.  Exact same things as Denise above that was said in the message.  I didn't return the call, but am going to submit everything to the FBI.  The receptionist will tell anyone calling here with an accent that I no longer work here.  This is harrassment at my job!

got a call from this number; the individual said his name was Jack Smith and that he needed me, or my retained attorney, to contact his office.  He said, in a heavy Indian accent I believe, "don't disregard this message.  If you don't return this call, the only thing I can do is to wish you the best of luck."  I returned the call.  He indicated I had stolen money from the website, a national cash advance, and that I would be served with paperwork at work.  I was not.  It was strange because he did not request anything?

Received a call stated that I owe money for a loan and a complaint was phoned against me. They left a number to call that was out of California.

Just received a similar call, but it showed up as name and number unknown.  Same thing - says his name is "John Moore" despite the extremely heavy Nigerian accent, and he is callng from a law firm.  Ron Williams called before.  I told him I had traced him to Nigeria and I knew he was calling with a number routed through the US.  I also know my brother-in-law is with the Nigerian government and will be happy to speak with him personally. Never heard back from him until now.

Received a call using this number as a return phone call number but the caller id shows 305 507 0652. Asking for money from a pay day loan I never EVER had.  Threatening to sue me.
