Same story as the rest, here. A payday loan (well, started as one) that I had not paid back that was going to be reported to the courthouse. The caller attempted to confirm by reading to me my social security number (which was wrong by one digit), my address, my place of employment, etc. It then grew to four companies that had been filing a complaint with me, would I like to settle this now or proceed to the courthouse. I said I would wait for paperwork, and was then informed that payday loan lenders do not have to file paperwork, etc, etc, blah blah. By the third time I said I would take it to the courthouse, he said okay, if you get arrested, we tried, and disconnected the call.

Right on Bro! I called thier machine 77 times one night and called em everything in the book, telling them what thier mammas were doing with cattle, etc.

I made reports to the following agencies: FBI, SECRET SERVICE, FINANCIAL CRIMES NETWORK, CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS. Why would you ignore someone who is trying to steal from you and punk you out? F--k that, you mess with me I'm coming after you, How christian of you to "Just ignore them" why don't we all just roll over and take it in the a**?

Chad, you are either a liar or an idiot. They are not legit. They are not debt collectors, and they have no way to put this on your credit report. I have never had a pay day loan, and they are trying to collect on something that does not exist. And yes they are on us soil, as I have found one of their locations and will be visiting them soon

I got rid of these a***oles for a couple of weeks but they changed thier tactics. They finally got a white guy (Non east indian) with a recording "You have reached the california supreme court" then My little Indian buddy comes on saying he's with the federal crimes unit, and always says "And have a  blessed day" This dumb a** gave an address that he said was where he was. The address he gave was..."4324 Clara Street, Bell California 90201. I told him I knew this was a scam, and this guy actually admitted that they were using this to make money ,and "OK you have caught us, please do not call the FBI" Are you frikken serious? I am way up north, can anybody down there drive by this address and report what is there?
I am a former U>S> Army Special Forces operative. If I find these guys, things are not going to go well for them. Apparently the feds are not going to do anything, so lets try to start getting a location on these guys and we can handle the problem ourselves. I guarantee, I will put them out of business for good!

Well I have been getting these calls and I have no loans. I contacted a few places that do the payday type loans to find out how they go about collecting their debts, everyone I talked to said that these guys are fraudulent. They said that if you ever have payday loans the lender collects, not an outside party. They are full of s***. Had the number blocked,

Recieveing phones calls at work and home from these people with foreign accents, I asked for address and company name of which I owe a debt they failed to provide this information and goes to say they need a credit or debit card to process the payment....SCAMMERS

i have been receiving calls from this place nonstop since january this year. same guy but a different number every other day. always with a threat of prosecution, bla, bla, bla. apparently i had applied for some online loan or credit around christmas, which i never followed thru with. now i have the most all american named, foreign language speaking stalker.  its a scam, the company isnt legit, the bbb doesnt seem to phase them, but bring up the ftc and and they freak out.

If I had a dollar for every phone call I've gotten from these low life worthless people in the past 9 months my mortgage would be paid by now.  Let's see, I think my case has been transferred to the courthouse at least 10 times by now.  Really?  These people are relentless so no matter how much you insult them they just don't get it.  (It did make some good venting on my behalf after work on a Friday night once).

Don't waste your time with these people, everything they tell you is without merit.

Foriegn accent claiming to be a state officer investigating and going to put me in jail,

i got the call from such a officer by the name Mr Green regarding pay day loan outstanding on me of $650.00 i paid back the amount & i recived legitimate documents at my mailing address. so i dont think its scamm from my side.

This person from some crime unit stating he received some fraudulent payday loan info on me.  California.  When I called back, sometimes the answering says that it's California Supreme Cout Security Line.  The man on the phone identify himself as Allen Taylor.  Another time he called and said he was from Cash Advance.  This Allen Taylor called my home and my place of work.  THIS IS A SCAM!!

I just received a call from a Calvin Jones. Are U serious!! His accent is so thick I could barely understand him! I do not answer #'s I don't recognize. I am glad that the FBI is looking into it. I hope they catch them real soon! This mess has 2 stop!!!!!!!!!!

I get calls alot mostly on fridays alot from Thomas Green .  I sounds like someone that works or owns a 7-11. One day I called him as many times as he called me i suggest everyone do the same.  I told them that i contacted the federal trade commission and they stopped but they are now calling back same guys with a different name of company.  Is there something specific I can say that anyone else knows that will scare them.  I did say one time would you like some prime rib and a glass of milk because its against there religon to eat beef and they guy started yelling and cussing  at least you piss them off.

THIS SCAM CALLER CALLED MY PHONE STATING HE WAS OFFICER THOMAS GREEN AND THEN CALLED MY JOB AND STATED HE WAS OFFICER DAWSON ASKING FOR $300.00 OF A DEBT THAT I SUPPOSED TO HAVE OWED, I ASKED QUESTIONS HE COULD NOT  ANSWER AND HE ALSO HAD MY LAST 4SSN, HIS ACCENT WAS SO THICK I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND HIM, HOWEVER THIS IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AND I KNOW WITH OUT A DOUBT THAT THIS SCAM SITUATION WILL BE RESOLVE SOON... OH YEAH HE ALSO SAID HE WAS CALLING FROM THE LEGAL CRIME DIVISION, WHAT HE DID NOT KNOW WAS THAT HE WAS TRULY BEING RECORDED BY A LAW OFFICIAL OF THE US.

Just received a call from an Officer Alan Taylor with a thick eastern accent (from India or that kind of accent) and told me that he was from the United Federal Crime Unit and he had the last four numbers of my social security number and said it was fraud and if I didn't call him back, it would mean I was running from fraud and if I wanted his help to call this number. I don't ever answer numbers I don't know and this is a scam. I have been getting different people calling me using the exact same message from different numbers. I save the voice messages and turn them into my attorney general.

Some foreign lady left me a message stating that all of my personal finacial information was in jeopardy and that the call was very very important. I had to listen to it 5 times just to get that part out of the message since her ENGLISH majorly sucked! I still have no real idea what she said but she said a lot more than that. She repeated the phone number about 10 times though. Im not calling it back!

They are legit, to an extent.  I have 2 bad payday loans that I had forgotten about that are over 4 years old.  If you had a payday loan and owe money then they are who is contracted to collect.  The problem is that they are scrupulous in their collection efforts and it is in your best interest to contact a debt attorney before agreeing to any terms.  They cannot file a true lawsuit as they are not on US soil.  Infact, they must be located in your state to file a suit against you and only the laywer representing the agency can collect any fees.  As I have dealt with them before, one very good option is to refute the debt and have it sent back to the original creditor, which you must request.  Then once they recieve it you should work out a plan with them rather than this "agency".  Through US law, they cannot actually call themselves what they call themself but they are not located in the US, so it is best to either wait (it is already on your credit and will not go away unless it is paid or charged off and cannot do any more damage) or pull your credit report and track the original company down through your report.  Yes, they do threaten and are rude, even intrusive but you cannot actually get to them to sue them because they are outsourced.  And lastly, no, they cannot arrest you or even issue an arrest warrant because they are not here nor a true governmental agency who would have that authority.  Taking the steps to track down your original debt is the only way to get rid of them.

Officer Allen Taylor called me @ work saying that he was from the Federal Crime office. It sounded a little odd so I went to google just to check the # to see if it was legimite.
