Some guy called and asked for my husband.  I asked who he was.  He said GTA.  When I asked him who GTA was, he got very rude and told me "if my wife screened my calls I wouldn't be married very long."  So I hung up on him.......guess who's been together for 24 years?  Hint: not the GTA guy.

Just had the same call from the same number...he hung up when I asked what he needed.  Nice!  This one is definately being blocked.

Just got a call from this number.  I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message but I suspected it to be a telemarketer since my number is on the Do Not Call registry list.

Chris Martin asking for who does the trading.  Said that my wife had expressed interest in the S&P500 and wanted to talk to her.  Problem was he was saying her name wrong and when I played dumb, he finally hung up.  Telemarketing call.  As posted by others, probably trying to get you to invest, like I would from someone calling me who I have no idea who they are.

Called and actually asked for my husbands name. I said he was not here, could i take a message. He said no and hung up. What the heck?

OK got the same thing with a guy saying hello hello something wrong with phone I'll have to call you back...

But, they did call back only it was a woman and she asked for my husband, why I said he wasn't here she hung up.

just received a call from 760-673-7266, answered, male voice said, "hello, hello, can you hear me - there must be something wrong with my phone, I will call back"

Called my home , an unlisted number in OH. Didn't say anything so I hung up.

Same thing.  Called and I could hear the breathing but did not leave a message.

This jerk just calls and says hello-hello-hello-hello....... The DO NOT CALL LIST is a JOKE because it is run by the GOV.

caller said it was regarding  "global trading".  caller id showed unknown name.

just got a call from this number 1.40pm 5/3/11 no one answered when i picked up.

wouldnt give name and when attempted call back it stated it was not a working number

The number above keep calling and hanging up.

Received call...no answer.  I Called back and received a  message that said "you have reached a number and cannot be completed as dialed etc...Phone company message.

Received several anonymous calls from this number, no message left, several were calls which were made from two to three minutes apart.
If the FTC is unable to do anything about such callers, why do we pay for their existence within the government?
The FTC is a government funded tax payer supported Commission, which apparently from all the reports like this and those on other similar numbers, it is time to hold the FTC commissioners accountable for their lack of fiduciary responsibility.

Constant harassing hang up calls!!!

Registered a call for this number today on my phone.  Caller ID says it is from Palm Springs, CA.  Return call goes to a disconnected number...

I received a phone call two times now and everytime I called back it says that it is not available this number. Who could it be? This telephone #760-673-7266 has to be investigated. I called the T-Mobile to look it up what he said is to add a package to block this number and of course with additional fees on their side, which I did not do it bec. I did not even used all my minutes and more charges again.

PLEASE INVESTIGATE IT....

This is an automated Robo Dialer. No one will answer until you pick the phone up and say "HELLO". At that point they are going to try to hard sell you on something.

I have been successful in stopping their calls at least for a while.

Instructions:

When you see this number on the caller ID, pick up the receiver and place it on the floor. Do Not Answer!  
There is nothing an 800 Robo Dialer hates more than spending money on a number where no one answers.....!
After a few minutes, hang up the phone.
Do it time and time again. No harsh words, No problems. They won't call back as longs as they get Dead Air.
