called me like they were a lawyer and have legal paperwork for us to sign well I need some more paper to start my burn barrel number came up REBA HAWKINS sounds like SCAM!!!!

 

760-690-5554 male caller. Lied about being a Sherriff's office (they are not). Tell them they have reached the wrong # and are not to call the # again b/c it is an error. Sleazy outfit, full of half truths and on the edge of what's legal.

Nert time they call I thik I will sing the song Bad Boys to them...you know the one...Bad boys bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you.  LMAO.  Damn, now I WANT them to call again.  teehee.

This is a collection agency.  They like to use scare tactics to get you to pay.  The funny thing is....most of us are not scared by someone making threats over the phone...especially when they are asking for someone who doesn't live here and someone I never even heard of.  They suck at their jobs and at life in general.  BTW, if the sheriff's office is going to serve you they aren't going to do it over the phone.  Idiots.

Answering a phone call isn't going to cause your phone to have problems.  Just sayin.

The best thing we all can do is go to https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form2000.action scroll down on the left side until you find "File a complaint" this is what i did just now!! Sick of the harassment!!!

I had someone call twice from this number. Stated he was from the Sherrifs office and needed to deliver court documents. Threatened to alert the court for fraud.

I got a missed call from this number yesterday.  Just now, he called again and I answered.  It was a male telling pretty much the same thing, but said it was regarding an  "Ann Thomas."  He was asking me what is my relation to this "Ann Thomas" and he was very rude about it.

He called me today saying he was looking for Nancy irvine? i kept telling him i had no clue who that was and he kept insisting that i knew her, finally he got kinda rude and went off saying " Well since you are saying you dont know this person and you are this not person i just want you to know that Nancy Irvine will be charged with fraud on a court document"

That number has been calling me for 2 days. When I asked him to give me the name of his office I could call him back at & I asked to speak with his supervisor, he hung up. He asked if I could call an 800 number and give them my case number because the Sheriffs dept was trying to serve me. This is for sure a scam. I hope he gets caught.

Male caller with a bad connection stating he needed me to take down a phone number and case number for me to call to find out about some legal documents that needed to be served to me or there would be a bench warrant put out for my arrest. The number he called me from 760-690-5554 indicated Escondido, Ca and he said her was calling from Oregon. I asked him why his number stated California and he said it was a Magic Jack number. He wouldn't state what the documents were for and proceded to say I needed to call the number he was going to supply me with and they would be able discuss that with me. He also asked if I have already been served with legal documents too. I didn't answer him I just humg up and he has not called back yet.

Male caller called me this morning claiming to be from some Sheriffs Office - wouldn't say where,
 he was asking information about a certain  Tamera Gentry.
Well I gave him my name, then he rudely hung up !! Hummmm....

this number called, I called back. It rang four times than went to busy tone. Dirt Bags!

Keep getting calls from this # 760-690-5554. I do not know this # and do not want any calls from this #.

Male caller told me he is calling from the sheriff's dept (wouldn't tell me which) and claimed he is looking for Dion Smith? Now my daughter's iPhone is having technical issues!  Called verizon and they took care of it... Now reporting this scam.

Gregory Price from Pacific Processing called my number.  Said he is in California.  Looking for a Eugene Williams to serve papers to from the Sheriffs dept.  Wouldn't tell me which sheriff dept.  Don't know who they are looking for, but they've called my house every day for the last 4 days.

Called my home phone. Left no message on answering machine.

Called my cell, left no message.
