I receive calls from this number daily. Normally, no one there and I hang up. If I let it go to voice mail, I get 3 seconds of silence. This is happening because I am getting ready to file bankruptcy and stopped paying all my online/payday loans.

I get this call from 760-694-9931.  Been getting calls for DAYS.  Early morning and at night.  I haven't answered because I do not recognize the number.  Each time they call, I get a voice mail, but it sounds like a recording that gets cut off within a second.  Other times, there is nothing recorded.  They are just being pests....whoever it is.  I sent a text telling this person to get an f****ing life and stop pestering people.  IDK if this is a cell phone or not.  I decided to call what I think is a fake number, and there is a recording that asks you to hold for a representative.  You seem to get transferred and the line begins to ring.  It rings  at least 6 times or more and then hangs up on you.  Wouldn't doubt they are scamming people somehow with their phone numbers.  Someone needs to do something about this!

Same thing here, important business matter and they have been non stop for 2 weeks now. I blocked their number so it hangs up automatically. Still a nuisance!

Just got a call from this number and a recorded voice asked for someone who wasn't me and to push 9.  I pushed 9 to tell them they have the wrong number.  I hear a little bit of music and they hang up.  I call them right back and am informed that they are recording the phone call.  I tell them that they called me on my cell but that they have the wrong person.  Not sure if they call eveyone with the same last name but I had no idea who that person was and to remove me.  He said it would take 24 hours to remove me from their call list.

I dont know what the hell this crap is asking for my family member i asked who they are and they said they cant tell me because its breakinh federal law well shove it up your a** im not giving no number to people that wont tell me who they are asking for people and telling me their bisness asking me well can i have so and so number noooo you can get the hell on and get new damn job no lifes this numbet got me fu$*d up.....

I keep getting these call from this number 760-694-9931 in all hours of the day. They never leave a message. When I try to call this number back it is always busy. They are really disturbing me! They need to go away!

Getting daily calls to my business from this number. The recording leaves a message for a person that i have never heard of. When i call them back and tell them this, the lady says my number is not in their system. When i ask why im getting calls from this number if it's not in the system, the lady hung up on me.

Harassing calls 4-5 times per day. I don't answer and they continue to call. I don't know who this is and they never leave a message.

I got at least if not more calls from this number... at dinner time, no less, stating something to the effect of a case to discuss?? I don't need any aggravation especially due to my ill health. PLEASE STOP! I have provided all information to all my recent hospital bills so leave me alone.

I get calls all hours of day saying important business matter for Kristin M. NOT me. I waited on the line this time only to be hung up on. I called them back from a different phone, and told the representative, it is a collection agency, I was not the woman they are calling about. She asked for my # and said she would remove it from the system. We shall see.

I keep getting calls morning and night from this number and it is crazy because they leave messages hang up and than get other messages while someone is in the background talking and laughing. Then I just got a message from a lady with a accent from London and to call them back regarding a important business matter with a reference number. I am thinking of changing my number this is very annoying.

This number keeps calling me to call them back regarding a important business matter. They left some code number for reference. I have been getting calls every day morning and night they have my correct name but sometimes someone will be talking and laughing in the background.

Stop calling. It is harassment and I will report you to the better business bureau if this continues.

if not Erick Biden wants me to call them back and refer to
some sort of number code.. they have computer type sounding  generated voice

I got a call they left a messag that was 3 seconds long and the message said "TITS"!! They called for several weeks now.

This number has been calling for several weeks.  Same as all the other posts, they call leave a voicemail of 4-5 seconds with someone starting to say something and then hang up.  I called back and a pre-recorded message says "thank you for calling, please hild for the next available representative."  I waited and then silence.  I though it was possibly one of those scams that charges you an arm and a leg for staying on hold so I hung up.  I want to block this number from calling me.  Any ideas?

Keep getting messages on phone from this number(760-694-9931), found out person calling from Clovis, CA was walking track about 745PM, called from 5th Street area across from library and PO PO station.  Call was made and said Free Toll CALL.  I don't know who it is,  right now, but I got no reason to call this number back.  All person doing is prank calling for someone else or just wants 2 B PAIN N BUT!  Besides they are NOT identifying themselves even with a name on the phone nor a name on message line ?

they keep calling asking for this GUY who obviously isnt me and i usually hung up. well this time i stayed on the line because i wanted to talk to a rep to get my number removed. and i pressed 9 and it rang with hold music for a little bit and hung up. usually it will leave a voicemail tho asking for that GUY>

It was crackly and seemed like a girl begining to talk with bad reception. Voicemail was about 4 seconds long and then hung up.
