I received a call from this phone number from a man stating that he is an attorney named Sam Wilson.  He advised me that I was being charged with criminal charges for theft, fraud and stolen money.  He said that I was provided with an online loan and never paid it back. He also said that he wanted to know if I had an attorney and that they would advise my employer of these criminal charges.  When I requested that he send me paper work he hung up on me.  I called him back and he yelled at me and told me that I would have to appear in front of a judge and jury.  I told him that I have never applied nor received a loan from a company called Cash Advance.  I'm providing this information to as many people as possible in hopes this doesn't happen to them.  If it does, please don't fall for it.  Insist that they send you proof of the debt that they are claiming you owe.

has called me repeatedly for 2 days stating I have an outstanding balance for a cash loan which I don't.  Has been very threatening and scary.  also called my work.

They called me at work, claiming to be lawyers,
and stated that I didn't pay back a loan (that I never took out) and that I was being sued in california. I told them to fax the paperwork for my attorney, and they hung up.
