I received a call from this number 6/24/2014 17:30. The caller, not identifying themselves asked if I were (name).  I responded who the f*** are you. They hung up on myself and haven't uet caked back.

These solar callers are worse than mosquitos. I would NEVER buy ANYTHING from a mosquito. What a sorry-azz way to make a living. Really something to be proud of.

Almost a month ago I was getting calls from this number.  Looks like it is starting up again.  Going to give me $10,000. worth of energy saving things (new windows, etc.) if I sign up.  Yeah, right!  I told them not to call again  but I know that doesn't do any good.  I just won't answer.

Would you buy solar from a place that has to resort to using those annoying phone mosquito's?
They must have very poor business practices.

Calls a couple times a day everyday. Shows Barstow on call ID and they never leave a message. I let it go to voice mail. I am on the do not call register, a lot good it does.

Big scam,if you answer,dont give them your name or any personal information whatsoever,they are identity thieves.

Actually I just looked this up in the reverse directory and if its accurate the number is a land line from Time - Warner Telecom of California LP - CA.

It says it can be based in Barstow or Carlsbad or Encinitas.  

If you received a call from this number saying they are some telemarketing company...  they are not.  If you have Time Warner Cable for your WiFi or cable computer or TV you are probably being hacked by some employee of Time Warner or ex employee of Time Warner.

When you call the number back it is "out of service".

Probably someone from County Mental Health.  Sometimes they get out of their locked rooms and get on a telephone.  

If it isn't everyone should file a complaint with Verizon Wireless and state you will sign a criminal complaint for Telephone Harassment.  Verizon Security will find out who it is... where they are and get the law enforcement agency who has jurisdiction  to issue a complaint.  A count for every harassing phone call can add up in fines even if it is just a misdemeanor.  

call from 760-718-3254    Sometimes they ask by name---which really bothers me.  Sometimes times they mention solar system but don't give me time to tell them I'm not interested.  Sometimes they aren't even on the line.  Getting several calls a week. Never leave message.  Just not going to answer my phone any more and learn to block these numbers.  In the last TWO days I have gotten this kind of call from SIX different numbers.  This has been going on for approx. three weeks.  Are other people having this same problem?  I pray they don't get my cell number.

Called and was offering government subsidies for the energy savings. Solar I believe.

Just another dooshbag telemarketer.  I wish the feds would crack down and put these clowns in prison.

Call received on 4/18/14 here in Illinois.   Since the area code and number were not known, the call was not answered,
and will now be blocked on my Sentry Call-Blocking device on my phone system.  

Received several call from this number, there is never anyone there......I called the number and it says it is a disconnected number.

I have an unlisted telephone number, I am on the Do Not Call Registry. Yet, we get calls from this number at random times of the day. Tonight it was twice. The second time, the phone rang only once. Really? I feel like I'm being personally invaded and there doesn't seem to be much I can do about it. THAT is sad. So, I hit redial to say please do not call me anymore. And what did I get? A recording that the phone number is not in service. I beg to differ....

They call our home phone number many times a day and do not leave a message.  

Future Solar Telemarketing - called and asked for my wife by name - most likely they have gone through public records of land deeds, mortgages, etc. Claiming they want to help you qualify for tax incentives by installing solar energy in your home.

Today they called 3 times in a row, about an hour apart. They have called in the past and I added them to my block caller list. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and do not pick up phone numbers I do not recognize.  

I don't get these calls as repeatedly as others here, but I do get them every few months. I just had another one today but I never answer it because I don't recognize the number and they never leave a message. After searching the number, I realized I have done this before, it is the same number I have received in the past. My phone is a cell phone and I had listed myself not to receive telemarketer calls as well, but it seems pointless. These people will call regardless. Any company who does calls in this fashion is very unprofessional, even if people don't answer them, it says a lot when they won't even identify themselves by leaving a message. Then again, they must be desperate to acquire customers, a lot of business struggling, but more reason to understand average citizens could not afford to add solar panels to their homes right now.

They have called me three times this morning, it's only 11AM, they said they are with "Future planning"  of something or another.  Told them they have the wrong number and blocked their calls but they have called back twice.

They called me twice. I have family in San Diego, so I answered. It was a telemarketer. I'm supposed to be on the Do Not Call list.

Two calls from theses idiots today. I answered the second one, just background noise. Trying to find out who they are. Since I have been on Do Not Call list for years they are breaking the law. A law with NO TEETH, nothing is done to stop them.
I think everyone needs to take them up on their offers. Invite them over to get an estimate or whatever. Then their company can be ID'd to take action against their illegal activity. If enough people start doing this, then maybe the word will get out to stop ignoring the law and pestering people. The Do Not Call list is ineffective. Have them come on over, get a company name, and then lower the boom. I would have nothing against detaining them to be handed over to law enforcement. This might sound extreme, but there has to be a way to stop this annoyance. If this became the norm, telemarketers might get a message that people have had ENOUGH! and are tired of it. Do Not Call list doesn't work, time for plan B.

THESE SCUMBAGS CALL AT LEAST 2 TIMES A DAY!!

I also have gotten several calls from these people I hang up when they say "We can offer you 10,000".....I am on the Do Not Call registry obviously that does not work as well as it should.

Called once, didn't answer, no message... From the other posts here I'm assuming it's the telemarketer...

Called twice within 20 mins. from this 760-718-3254. Didn't answer because unrecognized number, but a pattern is emerging... Several mentioned the number is from Barstow area and I have had numerous spam calls that trace back to that area. In every case they are "disconnected" numbers (if someone is using it, is it really disconnected?). Further, filled out a survey for a local college about solar, but indicated I have no interest in using (HOA forbids), so I suspect that the college sold my info to these telemarketers.
