This number keeps calling me and I want them to stop. They call and don't answer and when I call them back it rings and rings.

It's CMRE - collections agency

This number keeps calling me and leaving voicemails for someone else, and so I called them back to tell them to stop calling me.  This number is a collection agency with very rude phone receptionist (male).

Had one call.  Wanted to verify my date of birth and address.  Refused.

Would not tell me what the call was about without giving date of birth and street address.  I refused to give that information.

I don't answer calls I don't know, ever since I got a new phone number, I have received calls for the previous owner of the number, I'm pretty sre that this is a collection agency since other people are receiving calls, too. This one calls every so often and the voice mail they leave is always silence and then the sound of hanging up.

Called my cell and left a 1 second message sounding like a guy started to say "hello" then hung up...
