i get calls from this number at least 5 times a day, i do not know who it is. they need to stop

Got a call from this number on my cell phone today, but I had to ignore it because I was in the middle of a doctor appointment when my phone rang.  It's an eastern California number, and so it's definitely not someone I know, as I live in Wisconsin.  My cell phone is on the do not call list
