Ive gotten calls from  them also saying I owe money to a payday loan and threaten me that they will file a lawsuit against me . They also said they been trying to contact me through email but I changed my email when I first getting these calls. They had stop calling me for a couple months and now they started calling me again with a new number and on my caller Id it's a weird number and sometimes it comes up out of the area. These people needs to be put in jail it's redicouls. I've join lifelock to protect my idenity cause thoes people have my info and it scary. I don't even have a paydayloan.

Same comments as noted above, they have my work number which is easily attainable online.  How we stop these calls is what I'd like to know.

I have received numerous calls from these people. Everytime they call they call from a different number you can tell its them because all of them are foreigners. I have never taken a payday loan out from anyone online and they always say that i have when I tell them I havent they try to tell me its illegal for you to say you havent taken one out. The scary part is they have your information but they had part of my information and when I told them no that wasnt my info they said again you cant say that. Dont know how this company gets peoples info but it needs to be shut down.Im sick of the harassing phone calls and they way they never can provide proof.

They will call back it just takes them a little bit of time they will leave you alone for about a month then start it back again i have been dealing with this for three or four months now

Called me said I had to return call immediately or have my lawyer call them. They use a threatening tone while wishing you the best as they take you to court but do not say who they work for or what lawsuit they are talking about. I have got calls from a man and a woman, neither speak English very well ao I seriously doubt they work for lawyers. I owe nothing to anyone in Califoria. The numbers they give either don't work or are always busy. They always contact by voicemail.

i got a call form this service stating they are a lawyers office but would not give me a name to their law firm they call me from a spoofed number of +1 005 and +1 006 and through some social engineering i was able to attain this call back number for them. They state they are with a online pay day loan service and are collecting a debt. I contacted the service cashusa.net (legitimate pay day loan service) and they state they have no affiliation with this law firm this is a scam. If these people call you act like an a***ole and they will not call you back.
