When I answered nobody was there.

got a call saying i neve paid back money i borrowed and that i was going to go court and have time over my head. He said a needed a lawyer and that i was facing criminal charges but the guy said this name was chief something didnt catch the name and he sounded like he may have been indian first he said he was from a law office and then later stated he was working with crime investigators of america

The same thing just happened to me!...what did you do?

It's a fraud...they said the same things to me as they did to Elizabeth. They said I owed money to quick cash net (which I don't even know what that is!)...I called cashnetusa (who I actually borrowed from and paid!)...they informed me that my info may have been seen by an outside party when applying for their loan due to the fact that when you apply it's not directly with cashnetusa...the compliance department told me that the call was false...I plan on calling the police in that area (California)where the number came from and file a report, as well ad with the bbb...you should do the same.

I called the attorney genernal and they told me a couple different things. Since these people have all your information they said to call and notify the bank to see if they can put a thing on your account so they cannot take money out. They told me to contact the identity theft office with them to file a report because they even had my social. these are just a few tips that you might want to take. These people are scammers and do not believe anything they say!!!!

While i was taking the call , I quickly checked my bank account to see if it was true ,it wasn't . They are fraud . These people steal money from you to fund terroist activites and they need to be stopped . No one i know has died from it but I'm worried just how far they will go ,he threaten to have his people come to my house ,they  knew my address as well as other personal information . It was a harassing phone call with threats to my family and myself . So if you get a call from them , report it . We should get together and sue them ,hopefully that will stop them from attacking America from within .

My husband has received phone calls from these number and the guy said that his name is Jacob and from the Law Firm. He stated that my husband owed some money for a loan and that they were pressing cirminal charges against him. My husband only has one outstanding loan and we have may payment arrangements with the collection agency already. Something needs to be done about this because they are looking at your personal information and calling with something that is not true.

The same thing happened to me.  I found this blog after researching the phone #.  The girls' name is Natasha Jazmine.  When I questioned her she hung up on me. I called the loan company and my account was still with them and not even in collections.  It's amazing because she new the loan amount.  Not sure where they get our personal information but the loan company said they have been getting many complaints about people receving calls from India but with a California phone #.  She also mentioned that the FTC is investigating.  Live and learn, right?

My husband also received the same phone call. But what is so crazy the guy has used two different names and three different phone numbers when he called and left the voice mail. I know that this is a scam because they stated that my husband owes money for a loan. I called the company that my husband owes the loan to and they gave me the name and number of the collection agency who his account has been assigned to and it was no where close to the information that we were given from these people. I relly wish I could find out there information and report them.

I am getting these calls now for several months and now I am getting a woman by the name of Natasha who has threatened me with being arrested as well as my mother and sister..If I remember correctly, there is no such thing as a debtor's prison

I got the same call saying if i didnt call them back right away they wish me the best of luck.When I did call back the phone hung up on me.

I recieved another call just this morning from some Steve Clark. hey he remembered his wanna be american name. He asked for me and I don't have the time to sit and play games with some idoit. My husband called back and the guy would not share who he was or what he was about. Just stated that he works for a crime laywer. when my husband question more about who there where, the idoit counldn't answer him back. this company is getting out of hand and I think my next call will be to the non emergecy police dept in California. These people just don't get it. I don't owe any money anywhere that I need some idoits to call and harrase me. screw them!

Just recieved the call again and they claim that they are calling from a collection agency for a company called Quick cash net.  I asked them the amount of loan I took out and their "client" did not provide them with that information just that they want me to pay them $500.00 which includes fees.  They also stated that I have been ignoring emails, I haven't recieved anything.  The best part is they said that they are not permitted to send anything to me via mail.  They were going to send "agents" to me house.  I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!

okay I got the same very message and it was some foreign guy with so much noise in the back ground that I can't make sense of what he said but he asked me to call him back and that if I don't he wish me best of luck. I have no idea what the hell he meant. So I called back but blocked my call.....I'm at a total lost with this call. help!

got a voicemail on my phone, the caller id comes up invalid. a man with an accent said his name is Jack Smith and to call him at the law firm of america regarding a suit against someone who's name I could not understand(was not mine). He said to call him the very second I recieved his message and to call him at that #, and that if I did not he would wish the best of luck to the case. WTF??
