funny thing....you call the number back and you get a recording saying the number is disconnected

several calls from this number.  called back and message said the number was disconnected????

This company keeps calling.  Since they use the 760 area code, are they able to get around the "Do not call" obstacle?  Seems so.  This year is the worst for nuisance calls like this as well as the 800 number ones.  People must be desperate!

I get emails from Broderbund all the time. Have no idea why.. Now I am getting calls?

This number calls about once a week. I am getting fed up with them. Hopefully they will fall off the face of the earth without their telephone.

Cell phone numbers are now available to telemarketers. You can call the same number you may have called to have cell phone put on do not call list. The official one and not that particular caller's list.

Got a call today, caller ID said MICROSTAR SOFTW.  Just clicked to "answer" the call and immediately hung up. Later called the number back. They identified themselves as Crystal _____ (forget what they said), and said to press a number to hear about their current offer. Did that, and they said to leave my  name and phone number and they would call me back (yeah right, I was going to do that). So I called back and hit the number choice to be removed from their Do not call list. Well, I'm already on THE Do not call list, but I pressed the number anyway. Again, I had to leave a message with my phone number for them to "honor" my request. Left them a message that I had just read something on the internet about their scam (was on the Facebook page for AVG Anti-Virus), and they should be ashamed of themselves, and they weren't getting my phone number. BTW, AVG says they are calling victims and getting them to install malware that compromises their machines, by convincing them they have a virus or malware. Grrrrrrrrrrr, hate these jerks.

Why do we keep receiving calls from this number and if you pick up the phone the call ends.  We are on the Do Not Call List for our cell phones.  These calls are VERY bothersome and I wish they would stop!

I'm a clinical psychologist and these people called my cell phone asking for my 7-year-old client by his full name.

I just realized I registered my phone number with my client's name on a Spongebob Squarepants typing program from Riverdeep Interactive Learning Limited. This may be where my information came from.

Yeah I got a call from these folks and they told me I had won free pizza for a year.  The next night they showed up at my door with a free pizza!!  Once a week they bring me a free pizza!!  I love these guys!!

Called - didn't answer but they didn't leave a message either

Got a call 5/12/09 asking for someone else.  Advised wrong number, they didn't believe me.  Not sure if this is the same company as reported after reading all posts but I hope they don't keep calling me, this is my business cell phone they are callin!!!!

To answer AJ's question on 1/2/09, these websites help people from getting scammed.  Believe me, the more information they have on any given telemarketing number the better.

I called this number back and they state they are Crystal Vision Software. So, looked them up on the internet. I think we should all call Tel: (800) 777-4228 and ask for Stephen Benedict - Founder and President,

Then when he answers hang up like they hang up on you or try to sell them something, or just b***h out the president. Maybe after enough calls they will find out who is using their name with this number and put a stop to all of our calls. We seem not to be able to stop it so maybe they can.

Please do not join this membership for heaven's sake.  They are unethical and will not let you cancel if it is over thirty days and will not refund anything.  They also lie to get you to join promising great deals and a call before the thirty days was up.  Needless to say, I did not get a call only the charge on my card.  When I went to the web site, all they have is worthless old software that is not worth paying 2 cents for.  Of course I should have checked the internet first.  Now I know.

Got call from both 760-930-3472 and 777-889-0367 on the same day.Picked up and no one would talk.

this guy called and i was like 'hello? and there was a pause and i heard him breathing .. then i said hello again and he asked for my mom and when i asked to take a message he quickly said no ..

This company is Crystal Vision Software/Microstar-usa.com. Obviously, they are a software company. I used to order stuff from them years ago. They're legit and they carry good stuff, but it's an annoyance if you're not interested. If you're not interested in buying software, don't answer the call.
