I am repeatedly receiving these calls as well, numerous times a day at all times of the day from 760-982-6142.  Very annoying to say the least!  I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, but this is really borderline harassment!!!  They never leave a message and I will not call back, especially after reading all the notes here about this number.  Can't the government do anything about this...and all the other calls like it.  I get at least 4-5 numbers a week that I don't know, don't answer and there are never any messages!!!  It's getting real old now :(

Got a call today, no message. I appreciate the posts from others re: this number. But I know I can block calls from certain numbers through my cell phone provider, so if I get more calls, that is what I will do.

Indian accented man said his name is "Jack" and he's calling from a mortgage refinance/loan modification company. Very hard to understand him.

They have called numberous times - frequently refuse to identify company. Claim and reduce my 2.89% interest rate 2 -3 %.  WOW! Nothing else follows.

I keep getting calls  from this person even though I have asked to be removed from their list. They are becoming a pain in the !@#$%.

they call me at least 5 times a day for the last 2 months.  I wonder if there is something that can be done about this, it is harrassment.

I just got a call from them on my Skype phone. I was on another call and lost them when I tried to use call waiting.   I searched for the number and came upon this site as well as another where I found their address for anyone that wants it.  16407 Willow St., Hesperia, CA. 92345.  It looks like a private home on Google Maps.

These people are calling phones all over the USA and scamming and conning people saying they are with a SOLAR PANEL COMPANY.  That is a lie and if you continue to call anyone else your phone number may likely be completely shut off forever.

I got a call from this number today too! I have been getting calls from this number daily for a couple of weeks now.

I have not answered these calls but I get them everyday anywhere from 1 to 4 times a day. when I goggled the number it showed that it was located in Hesperia, CA.

I have tried to call it back and I only get a busy signal.

I have not and will not answer this call. They call several times a day, never leave message. This is getting old.

Called over and over again after request to be removed from call list. Each time call got more aggressive and threatening. Sounded like a middle eastern voice. Demanded we give him construction job. Threatened to come to our home. Described our driveway. Tone became more bullying.

This caller called 15 times this month, at all times of the day, including evening till 8pm. No message. Finally answered in sheer frustration. Ignored, 'what don't you understand about No' after request not to call. Continued to talk about reverse mortgage while I felt my temper rising rising till it lost all cool. Made no difference to caller.

They call me at least 6 times a day and although I requested (numerous times) to be put on their "do not call list" they will not stop!! I'm so annoyed I'm ready to fork over $36 to change my number.

They keep calling me with different offers for insurance and mortgage.
