This guy tried to scam me, pretty obvious. Wants you to send item overseas...

The new number they are using is781-691-3743 and the email is: alexbennett50@hotmail.com.  They tried pulling the same crap with me on a piece of furniture I put on Craigslist.

NO NEED TO FEAR PEOPLE! I recently received a text from this number asking to send a laptop over sea's for his cousin. After about a hour of haggling, I finally decided to let the individual know that I was tracking the IP address of the computer he was using to send the messages. I proceeded to forward the information to the FBI cyber crimes division. The individual is now wanted for half a dozen fraud charges, and well over a dozen conspiracy to commit fraud charges. YOUR WELCOME!!!

The exact same number contacted me wanted me to send to buffalo

We got a txt message from this # they said they wanted my item sent to Africa where they were at.

I got a msg this morning from this number in regards to my wedding band set. They insisted on pay pal as the mode of payment. When I said I did not have a pay pal account they tried to bully me into signing up an account to accept payment and then ship the rings out, It was very evident to me that it was a scam as I received 3 responses to my kijiji ad for the rings and 2 of the 3 had identical wording and the 3rd had almost identical wording.

The 3 numbers that responded to my ad were:

This is a total scam, either tell the person off or don't bother replying.

Received a text from 762-233-0215 they said they wanted my item sent to Africa where they were at.  I have been to africa too.  West Africa is the Scam artist haven of the world.  He offered to send me paypal. I havent received it yet and probably wont.  I should of looked his number up first.  Now I have to deal with knowing some weirdoscammer has my number.  Guess I should look the numbers up first.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The same person contacted me today wanting to buy a iphone 4 that I had for sale on craigslist. They toldme that they lived in california, and wanted me to send it to their cousin going to school at British International College in west Africa. they said they wanted me to send it to: James John adress: 28 itelorun street, ljeshatedo Stae: Lagos country, Nigeria 23401.....they wanted me to mail it usps express..I sent them pix and told them that i was telling them the truth about my phone for sale(that it was brand new) and that my husband was big time law enforement so I couldnt lie...They never tex me back then...and when I pulled up this num online I saw these post. I am so mad that people try an do this...I hope this info helps other people not to fall for this crap..Ialso sent him a text teling them that if I could they would be punished by the fullest extent of the law..grrrrr Im so mad(they have to be up to stn even worse though bc they claimed they would use paypal) this really needs to be investigated..
