I just spoke to a very nice individual at Joslin Moore Law Firm to talk to them and she said they are aware of the problem and that this particular number has been using their name for just about 2 weeks now.  They already got one of these numbers shut down are are now working on the one in my initial post.  If you get calls from this number please call the FTC to report it, 877-382-4357...it will help them to shut down this number as well.  I know it may be a lot to ask considering how busy we all can be with our own lives but if we, the ones being harassed, did this more often then those doing the harassing may realize that they are not going to get anywhere.

I received a voice mail from a Calvin Connell supposedly with Joslin Moore Law Firm.  When I called back I asked for the spelling of his law firm and the reason for the call.  He told me that I was a primary suspect and was going to get arrested.  When I asked for the county it was with because I called my county court and they had nothing at all he said "yeah right" and hung up on me.  I kept calling back to get hung up on.  After numerous calls to him, if they can hassle me I'll hassle them, he finally answered again and I said to remove me from his call list and he hung up again.  I again made numerous calls until he finally answered and I asked why he was hanging up on me if this was a legitimate call and he said because I was wasting his time by continue to call...I then stated that he wastes my time with his numerous calls with his fraudulent activity he said not to call him again and he hung up.  I tried calling again and this time he rang then went to a fast busy.  I then called my bank to be safe and they said they have had a lot of calls from customers about this man as well.  Please if you get any calls ask for the county they sent it too and tell them you already contacted your county.  They will hang up on you as well.  They are a scam and I am contacting the FTC as well.

an Indian man called my phone to let me know I was being sued. Before he could ask anything else I told him I was a paralegal  and know this was a scam. When I started firing questions like what court the claim was going threw he hung up. When I called him back he became hostile and hung up again. On a previous post there is a number to the Federal Trades Commission and I suggest you report them. Right after this call my bank had called me to let me know a check was being presented to my account for $89.00 when I don't have checks. I presume this company has gotten my information which isn't hard these days and have had checks printed again not hard. If you do not report them then you can be held accountable for   the forged checks. So another suggestion is to check with your bank soon after the call.

I received a call from an individual with an Indian accent and before he could say anything I chewed him a new a$$hole.. I informed him that he was screwing (not the word I actually used) with the wrong person..I live in MD and you are calling from MN. I am a fraud investigator and I know the tricks you scammers use. All he could say you need to talk to me with respect.. I told him to kiss my a$$ and how much respect is that for you and he hung up..lol

He called my cell and left a message from 763-219-8992

I just had this guy call my cell phone and my work phone stating that I am being sued and if I don't return their call then good luck to me! When I told him that I googled their corporation and that it says they are a scam he began to loud talk me, and became very rude. I told him that I have an attorney and he told me that I was lying.

I wouldn't worry because if they can't fork out the paper work or anything like that then they are scammers.

Some guy called a mr.harris saying that they have a law suit against me he also stated if I didn't call good luck.they are scammers I told them I will let the FBI investigate this and they hung up

Just got a message from a Calvin Connell saying that if I don't get in touch with him, he wishes me good luck...i returned his call, only to threaten him right back and dared him to call me again...
Definitely a scam.

I received 2 voice mails and a call to my job from 763-219-8992 claiming I was being sued for illegal activity and that my social was frozen. Ridiculous accent making crazy abusive threats.

Are these calls scam calls for sure? They are very abusive and are harrassing me at work. Should I be worried?

Calling me on my cell phone and at work saying I owed them money and that I was going to be sued and I have a lawsuit filed against me and my last ssn number I wanted more information and I really couldn't understand him that good I got into it with him and he said he hopes they come and arrest me that I was a criminal

A guy called my house with an Indian accent they have called from several different numbers so I knew it was a scam I told him he had the wrong number and he kept asking my name and said he would keep calling until I gave him my name. The first time they called they said I was being used for a loan but I never took out any loans. This number is a scam by people who are too lazy to work for their money.!!

These freaking people are a***oles they told me that I owed $$$. And that if I didn't pay that they were going to send the police to my home n or job.. And that I would go to jail.. We'll they got  me n my money.. I hate these ppl.. They can't get off their lazy a$$ n get their own money... Karma is nothing nice so they will get theirs..

November 15th I received this same call on my cell phone and have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission. If you want to report this their number is 877-382-4357.

I got the same thing as y'all did. Couldn't help but laugh at their attempts to make this as 'legit' as possible... even thretening that "if I don't hear back from you, all I can tell you is good luck." Not falling for it....

Say they are a law office.  Are very abusive.  

Got a call from someone using this number and said I owed them back money because of money being deposited into my back account.  Said they were going to my job to get the money back.  Scammers for sure!

We have been getting many complaints that the scammers are using our law firm name and address in Cambridge, MN, but give their number as 763-219-8992. The callers are saying the scammers have personal information and the calls are coming to their work, home, and cell phones. Beware!!!

I got a call from a guy i could barely understand stating that i was going to be sued.....
I told him to just send me a letter if i was really being sued and that i would give no info over the phone.
He then stated he was going to send his investigative team to my job, to speak with me and my manager and sup would need to be there.... Lmao.
What a joke.... I hope they dont con anyone...

I received a call today from an unknown number. It was the call about something being extremely time sensitive. Looks like they have a new number trying to scam people again.
