Same thing happened to me. I asked for her customer service phone number and the customer service rep (Ariel) wouldn't provide me any information. Also asked if this conversation was being recorded for quality assurance and they said no. Asked continuously to speak to her manager and she would only accept to transfer me if I would ask her questions (which I didn't so I never spoke with the manager) She told me they were going to charge me ~15 bucks or 50, that she wanted to see if I wanted the discounted rate (15) I told her I don't want the service and she said canceling is not in my options!!!! Have they charged you?

I got a call from this number a few weeks ago...caller said that they were calling about my magazine subscription.  I do not have any magazine subscriptions.  Then he told me the last 4 digits from my debit card which was cancelled back in May by my bank for a case of fraudulent activity.  I have since gotten a few more calls saying the same thing from different numbers...and again today from this number.  I have contacted my local police but they say there is nothing they can do.

Leave me alone I get calls 4 times a day

I got a call from this number as well as 651 256-3077 within 30 minutes of each other.  Suspect this is the same group as the coincidence of the calls coming so close is high.  
Similar thing to everyone else gave info to Magazine Scammer who came door-to-door to my place.  Cancelled my cards and bank account details months ago.  So it looks like it is time to change my phone number.

I have the same calls from same number ,same bullsh@!t !! Is there any gov agencies can take a look at this or we can report it! ENOUGH!!!

They keep calling saying "A courtesy call from our magazine company"....we don't get magazines!

I just received a call also from this number...I have been getting so many crank calls from different numbers, it is so annoying!!!!!!

I got a call today from the same number. He was acting bizarre and was calling me about my magazine's I had ordered. I told him I didn't have any eventhough I do because I was suspicious. He did tell him I didn't order any and could I get his name and number..he became rude and asked why...I told him I might need to call him back...he wouldn't tell me his last name and finally said Smith...I said yeah buddy...I told him to go find another sucker and hung up.
What concerns me is how he got my number (i"m on the do not call registry) and he quoted the last 4 digits of my debit card. (very concerned where he got this info)

I wish police would be quicker to handle issues like this....these people are the scum of the earth.

I got 5 calls from them yesterday and already 2x today...getting really tired of this!..leave  no messages, and gt a busy signal when you call back...Someone needs to find out who this is and get them  stopped.

A simple test is always to ask, before you even give out your name, is "may i ask who's calling please", and if they can't provide a legitimate company then call them a fraudster and hang up. Then i give them a fake name and tell them they have the wrong number.

has recieved multiple calls from this number over the past 12 months. this is a magazine scam of some sort and i want them to stop calling me. they are very rude and need to find a better way to make a living.

It called me today,after about 4 "hello"'s? from me,a guy finally says my 1st + last name correctly,i say "Yes...?",then the dodo-bird hangs up! What possible purpose is there to this type of ph. call? What's the point? Waste of time,unless a conspiracy theory of some sort is applicably accurate? Some form of personal harassment,at the very least. In metro Det.,MI. area. Pointless!!! Maybe they're going for the record no. of complaints on this site,they're up to 9 pages now!!!

I received a call from this # from someone identifying himself as Alex. He asked if I was receiving my ma magazines I ordered. I said,..."I did not order magazines and do not want magazines. He was very rude and hung the phone up. I have received calls from this # before. I asked that I not receive calls from them but they disregard my request to please be taken off their call list. What can I do to stop these calls.

Yeah they just called me too,  called me a few days ago then 2 times today.  I finally picked up the phone to talk to them after a few rings and they hung up! lol.  Oh well didn't want to talk to them anyway!

They called me and knew my name and old address. They said the call is in regards to a magazine subscription. The "ruse" they used was they had been getting alot of complaints from subscription holders stating the magazines were damaged when they arrived. They were trying to "remedy" the situation. I didn't mind giving them my updated information but when they insisted on my credit card information, I refused to give them anything!!! They gave me alot of grief but then rudely hung up.

I have been receving calls from 763-225-8288 for a couple of weeks...I tried not to answer it, when i did, it just got disconeccted right away. it is very annoying especially, when I am in a meeting or on a conference call.

763-225-8288 calls my home phone several times every day. No one on the line. Not able to call the number back.

Recieved call from this #, asked me info about magazine subscriptions, after a few yes answers, they asked me my birthday. Ah, wrong question, told them I didnt give that info out and they hung up. They have called my # about 3x's.

I answered my phone and talked to a guy who asked me lots of questions about my magazine subscriptions.  I told him I only have one and when he told me my last 4 digits of my credit card, I told him it was incorrect and he didn't need to know that since my one subscription was paid in full and I was not going to give out my credit card info to him and then he hung up!!
