Call came from Minneapolis, Minnesota to Kansas at 11:22 hours CDT on 10-10-08. Caller ID only said "Out Of Area", so it was not answered. Other sites identified this call as a Humana Customer Service survey.

It was from a Land Line and the carrier is Time Warner Telecom of Minnesota, L.L.C.

i was on a call and 7632262096 called when i tried to call back the automated service said to  please enter your mail box # i had no idea what they were talking about

It is the line from Humnana , they call back when  you agree to a survey about their service

I received a call from that number after agreeing to take a short survey regarding the quality of service from a support call I made to Humana.  They usually ask in advance.  I ignored the call because I had forgotten about consenting to the survey.  It was no big deal.

Recd call from 763-226-2096 let it go to my answering Machine and of course no message. Called back got please enter mail box #

Got this number on my call-waiting while I was on another call.  Didn't answer it, glad I didn't, after reading other reports here.  The trace I was able to do said it was a landline, but nothing else.

I think this is a survey line.  I told a 800-number that I would do a survey and this number called back.  I'm assuming that's what it was, as I don't usually get B.S. phone calls at work...

Phone number came up on Caller ID.  I did not recognize it.  I'm on all the Do Not Call lists.  I did not answer.  No message on answering machine.

Call interupted me at dinner...I'm on ALL of the no-call lists...ID was "Unavailable". No sound after answering...then a click.

I was on a rather important phone call, and it came up on caller I-D-Call waiting. They were on the line for about 5-15 Second then hung up. I then called back and it asked me to enter a mailbox number.
