Read the notes retard.  These people are being contacted for someone else.  Why would they pay for someone else?  This company is scum and doing illegal practices. Everyone needs to file complaints with their State DA.  There are laws against this.

creditor claiming i owe $$ from 3 yrs ago...and have never contacted me personally instead they contact a relative and harrass them. also refuses to send something via mail only want credit card or checking acct #'s over the telephone.

same here debt collectors refusing 2 send me a documentation via mail,,,they only want credit cards or checking acct #'s, over the telephone. they are claiming 2 have bought a companys debt and want it paid. it took them 3 yrs from the date they are stating 2 contact a relative of mine and harrass my family.

Yeah, me too- total jerks, and trying to collect on some debt that doesn't exist for a relative who hasn't lived in this country for 4 years...
