I too have been harassed by this person so I hired a lawyer who deals with Collection agency abuse like this and i am currently awaiting my "settlement" from my lawyer.  My advice is to hire a lawyer for collection agency abuse, and don't worry the lawyer's fees are covered from that company.

I received a call from Greg or Craig telling me that I owed $372 to a dentist in Little Rock, Arkansas.  I have never heard of that dental office, much less been there as a patient.  Before I could make him understand that I didn't owe any dentist in Little Rock, he started shouting at me, calling me a liar and a thief, saying that I was just a low-life who didn't want to pay my bill.  I got upset, of course, and started shouting at him, which I know was a mistake.  I hung up, then called back to try to talk to him and straighten things out.  When I asked him if we could talk calmly and civally, he shouted at me and said, "No, you were screaming at me," then he began mimicking me.  I have never been so insulted in my life.  He refused to listen to me, but insisted that I give him all of my checking account information.  I refused to do this, and also refused to verify any further information.  I told him that I thought the call was a scam, and he shouted at me again.  Finally, he said, "Have a nice day."  At this point I was so upset that I said some ugly things to him that I now regret, but I was so upset that I was not even aware of what I was saying. Hopefully I can get this straighted out with the person that I really owe some money to.  Watch out for these people.

Got letter so I called. Told the guy I never received a bill from my dentist - from a previous state. He said well they don't send you to me if you pay your bills - like a rude SOB. I have great credit and have moved to a different state and still gone back to my dentist out of state because he was so good. Not sure where the $100 balance came from as I hadn't been to dentist in over a year, so I sent a check. Today another nasty letter. I called back on my cell and said got your letter but I've already taken care of this. Then my cell service dropped. I called back and said my cell dropped, he said no you hung up. I said I don't think so and he argued, so you sent the check? I said yes do you need a check number? He said no I will note file (like he did supposedly the first time) and HUNG UP ON ME!  

I intend on contacting my long time dentist to let him know.  Obviously the dentist didn't have my updated information as I never received a bill from his office or it would have been paid - as always!  

Can you imagine why a SOB this guy is in real life?

Beware of Mr. Johnson and Mr. Francis.   Both very abusive collectors who pry into personal business.    Your best guess is to undermine them so the can not take you to court.  Pay the original company whatever amount you can afford.  They should be ashamed of themselves.  I am almost sure that making $10 an hour irritates them.  A job I did at age 17.  Whatever.

My sister in law has been getting phone calls at her home and some guy named Tim screams at her and calls her names.  She has no idea who this guy is.  When a company calls my sister in law and calls my wife names(her sister names and tells her to pay her bills)which I'm pretty sure is not allowed(giving out info like that) I called them and asked for Tim, they said he was busy, I asked to give Tim a message to stop calling my wifes sister and to call us.  He said whatever have a nice day and hung up on me.  What can I do in this situation?

Tim Simon called me on my CELL PHONE (which is illegal) and told me I was being sued.  When I was like "What??" he said,.."We sent you notices in the mail"  I didnt get ANY notices from this place at all.  When I told him that, he called me a liar.  Then he said "Have fun having sh*tty credit...cuz thats what you will have when we get done with you"

Tim is an employee from a collection agency call Westwood Management with offices at Hamel, MN. Google it and you will find it. It is a real collection agency which practices are unethical. I received a phone call from this person yesterday. He told me he was going to send the cops and was going to send immigration to my house. Five times in one day. I called the cops and reported him to ACA (collection agencies association)  I also call the clinic that owe the money and reported the agency with them. Right away I was changed to another collector to handle the case. I didn't know I owe money or what he was calling for. He doesn't identifies himself he only yells at you and harrasses you. He must be top employee of westwood management /clx systems

Tim is an employee of Westwood collection agency. He called me names and told me he was going to send the cops and immigration to my house if I didn't pay. He never identify himself and he was even yelling at my roommate

This guy named Tim called my work also, and tried telling me that if i didn't pay a for a bill that i owed by friday ( 3 days later ) That i will be sued by them and that it would cost me 350 $ more than i already owed. I offered that i could pay a portion of this money that i owed, and he told me he needed all of it by friday. I have delt with collection agency's before and i know that they HAVE to allow you to pay whatever you can pay if that's all you can do at the time, so when he told me that, i knew he was shady! When he called, he made it seem like he was not from a collection agency, but an attorney or from a lawyer's office. I had a friend call back and ask what company it was, because he just answered the phone " this is tim" and he wouldn't answer her question, he just kept saying this is tim, what can i help you with ??? So now that i know who this fool is and what he's all about , when he calls me on friday, wich i'm sure he will, i'm busting him out and i'm gunna tell him what's up.

Tim Simon works for Westwood Management a bill collector.  Although in the message he left for us which we have forwarded to the MN attny generals office - he said he represented Data Recognition.  Liar!

Tim called and left a message on my co-workers answering machine and said my husbands name and he was calling in regards to my son.  He said to call and ask for him or Greg.  I called the number and Greg answered.  I told him to never call me at work.  I told him that he left a message on my co-workers answering machine.  He said that was the number that I left for a contact.  I told him that wasn't true.  He argued with me.  I told him not to call me at work and hung up on him.  Later on that day, my co-worker received a phone call from Tim.  He transferred the call to me.  I told him I already spoke to Greg.  He said I am the manager.  I told him I didn't care who he was and to never call me at work.  He argued with me also that I left that number as a contact.  All of a sudden, he said, fine, you don't want to pay your bill, than I will garnish your wages and hung up on me.  Later that day, my boss ask me if it was ok to fax info to this place. I looked at it and it was from them asking for verification of employement.  Can they do that?  These people are very rude and I will not work with people like that.

CLX is also Westwood Management.

This guy Tim Simon calls me and starts digging into my history. Before I answer any questions I ask him what does he want with my family. He continues to dig and becomes abusive. I hung up on him. Who do I contact to report this JERK!
