Calls everyday, even Sundays. They never believe me when I tell them I am not the person they are looking for. When I ask them why they keep calling, they tell me they cannot discuss it. Ugh...

Caller would not leave a message

Called and hung up on machine. Saw on another site that it's Allina's in-house medical collections agency. My ex-husband works for Allina, and believe me, all of my kids' medical bills are paid in full. As someone else said, if they think we owe money, please send a bill if you can't leave a message on the machine. We can't prove we don't owe it if we don't know what it is they're saying we owe.

Asked for my husband.. asked who was calling and if I could tke a message. Caller started mumbling something and hung up

Comes up on my caller ID as ARS  - no message left  - I never answer the phone if I cannot identify the caller!    If I owe a bill - send me a statement and I will pay if you can prove it is mine!

Missed call on my cell phone.  No voicemail.  No idea who or what they are.

Call quite often. Can't be to important-they NEVER leave a message. Well good luck to these losers. No message-no return call. i am sure it's automated anyway.. Bye-Bye

I forgot to add that you DO NOT have to tell them that you are recording them. But you can if you want, you never know they may change their tone and talk nicer.

In Minnesota YOU can record the calls so you have your own proof.

Oh yea.... from what I understand from the FCC auto dialers are a NO NO! That is another place to file a complaint is with the FCC.

ALOT you know! SOME of us who ARE paying our bills at what WE can afford are STILL being harrassed by collection agencies. Even tho the person(s) that we owe are cashing our checks! The problem is that they think we should pay our bills on THEIR time and make money appear out of thin air!
All you have to do is to call them and tell them NOT to call you. If they continue to call it IS harrassment. They have to follow specific rules. Keep track of the phone numbers that they call from along with dates and times. If you talk to someone, get their name. They by law CANNOT be rude and CANNOT threaten you. If they continue to harass you, look up Peter Barry who is a well known unfair debt collections attorney in Mpls. He will help you get this stopped.

Have received two calls from this collection agency which is a collection agency through Abbot-Northwestern.   I have never been there as a patient.    I blocked the caller's number.  Abuse.   Thety asked for my name and I asked who they were and they said they could not identy themselves, if I didn't identify myself first.  Then the caller, she, hung up.  I also did a phone number search to see who had this number.

Called my phone several times in one day, called back, it was for my adult son, in which I pay the bills for. My son identified himself to them and asked them to speak with his mom ( me) as I went to talk with them, they refused to speak with me, called them back at least seven times, got Hung up on half the calls and refused to work with me. FYI if you want paid, you need to deal with me. I have worked out several allina bills with reliance in the past with the same scenario, and no problems. There were two very rude females in which I got hung up on or refused to work with me. I don't know why allina would employ such rude ppl. I would really like to know if the calls are recorded, so I could prove my case.

Completely rude on the phone refused to send me the bill and told me I had to send a check without having the bill for my records. Spoke with her manager or whoever she was and got them to send me the bill. If I were you and they won't send you a bill don't send them a check! Super fishy.

Yep. It is reliance recovery and it is for allina bill.

Same call here. I called back and had them take the number off. The asked for some one else totally different. It was quick and painless.

no message left, yes very iritating. 5 calls today. if they want something important like money maybe they should use something important like a person instead of an auto dialer.woun't be answering when they call

I just called the number back and it seems that they were looking for the girl who had my number before them. It isn't a scam...if you think they may have got the wrong number just call them back and say they called you. They will tell you the name they are looking for and if you tell them you don't know that person and you are nice about it and not telling them you think they are a scam they will be nice back and take the number out...and to the people who thinks it is a scam...they are just trying to do their job so just relax and tell them they got the wrong number.

Caller keeps calling on both my personal and work phone! No Message! Very irritating! STOP!!!

I have about 75 messages from these people on my phone also - never been to the hospital except to visit someone. But apparently they don't understand that and maybe the person their looking for will move into my house and answer the phone one of these days.

I have told these people several times I have never been to this hospital NOR is it my SS # and they still keep calling me.

Calling about hospital bill regarding a sex change operation.  Never had a sex change, so dunno what up.

They keep calling me on a bill I paid its on my bank statement.  They gave me a confirmation number.   When I tried to let them know that I had one they told me it was of no use.  And that I still needed to show them my bank statement.  Which is private information.   I just find this to be more than fishy.
