Reporting does no good. Goofing them does no good. The only way to stop this is to use our numbers to retain a hacker/computer whiz capable of giving us a real-time location on all the scumbags that are confirmed scammers. Old veterans would be proud to serve their country one last time. How many 4:15 AM visits to the residences of these vermin do you think it would take before 'phone scammers became an extinct species?

This number comes up AT & T messaging but they will not leave message on voice mail.  Have called on sunday mornings and at 9 pm at night.

2 calls rec'd in succsession  @6:30 pm and 6:33 pm  did not answer  caller ID shows AT T MESSAGING    did not leave message

I just got a call from this number and the caller ID said AT T Messaging. They did not leave a message.

This call came up as AT&T Messaging Center. I didn't call back.

This number has called repeatedly everyday for the last 2 months...caller ID says ATT Messaging, but when we answered it said they were Fraternal Order of Police. Now I don't know about you, but being identified as one thing and then saying your another is quite shifty! We told them to take us off their list, and the guy at the other end said he would do so. How much do you want to bet that we will receive another call from them?

These a** clowns just called me and it's Sunday morning.

Repeated calls from this number.

Caller ID says "Affiliated VM". Googled that and found out it is a telemarketer operating out of Muncie, Indiana. The best way to deal with it is to use call blocking if you have it.

Have been getting these calls as well.  When they actually answered during the call they said they are calling for Indiana State Police wanting a donnation.

The Vermin!!! Just tell them you wanna make the gold 100 donation, get'em all excited and then send nothing and block their number. They'll go nuts and waste so much time and energy trying to get the money sooner or later they'll realize they are wasting their time, energy and money and will stop calling altogether. ps, there's an article in this sunday's upcoming paper on these scoundrels, check it out!!

Got calls from this number starting this week. The caller ID said it was ATT messaging. I did not answer, they left no message. I called AT&T customer service and asked if there was areson for them to call me at home or for my cell accounts. They said "No."  and then I told them the number on the called ID. The customer service rep. said that is not a number used by them. Then told me to not answer the next time that number comes up.

I have been getting these calls off and on for a long time.  Today I found a number to contact the IN Fraternal Order of Police at 800-793-6746. After speaking with an employee I was assured my name and number would be removed in 72 hrs.  I would suggest anyone else who has been annoyed by the number to call them and report it to the FOP.

I just got a call from 765-281-4860 "Affiliated VM"  they did not answer me when I picked up, I called them back and a women was on a machine saying she was calling on behalf of a  non profit organization and would call back later BUT she said she was from Silver Support????  I tried to look that organization up but couldn't find them..  Plus, I'm sorry but I no longer donate to the F.O.P because it was on the news that the cop that drove drunk in his cop car and hit and killed a man in Indy was getting his attorney paid for by the FOP!  I don't donate my money for the use of attorneys when a cop is clearly at fault and he killed a man by DWI.. I donate locally and not over the phone, so lose my #!

Affiliated VM keeps calling my home phne 2-3 times per day. I am on the do not call list, but apparently, that is not working. Do NOT want them calling me!

They're not hired by the police, the police officers themselves get these calls and threaten to report them as well

Yes you are right the Fraternal Order of Police has an agency that calls people soliciting donations on their behalf, the problem is that the F.O.P. only get 8% ofthe total donations raised.  Not to mention these people are rude.  I told them I did not want to donate due to funds and yet they still tried to get me to donate anyway, as if they could care less if we had food or utilities.  Great bunch of Jerks!

I'm tired of this organization that is hired by the police dept to beg for money so they can help children. Can't police and fire depts. just do the jobs that they were intended to do? There are agencies out there that are meant to help others like this. This call comes from central Indiana. It takes them several calls to get through because they must dial about 10 numbers at once and the first one who answers wins. There should be a law...but then what police dept is going to shut them down when they are hired by police departments?  Because they are supported by the police dept, they do not get cut off by my "do not call list".

These people are unbelievable!! They have called us for weeks! They even called this past Saturday at 8:30AM. I expect anyday now we'll get a call in the middle of the night. I screen my calls and it's always Affiliated VM. The calls stopped for about 2 weeks and I thought they had gotten the hint because we never answered. They started up again. We bought new phones that have caller blocking and I entered the number and it blocked their calls, so they started calling with a new number and I have now added that number to be blocked. This is harassment! We are on the Do Not Call registry. Why even have this registry when there are so many loopholes?! Will filing a complaint with the Indiana State Attorney General do any good?

There are calling me daily as early as 8:00 in the morning, very annoying and tired of it!  I see someone mentioned it's from FOP, yeah well, they were calling the past few weeks and it showed up as IN ST FOP, calling me at least 4 times a day.  Now, it's this Affiliated VM.  Can't they get the hint when I don't answer?

I,too, have received several calls from this number at different times of the day and evening.  I haven't answered and they never leave a message until today.  All they did was say my name today.  My number is also on the do not call list.  People that know me have my cell number, which is also on the do not call list, so I know if my home phone rings it is probably a sales call.  Too bad they can't catch the hint!!
