I just called it too and if listen closely it says UNITY cisco messaging system.  As in Unity Clinic.

I keep getting calls from this number, no message.  I answered once, no one spoke.  My phone lets me block calls, so I'm adding this #.

I also get some call from this number and it was a voice message:"Cisco messaging system....'

i picked someone from the directory at random got a voicemail- Sherry at comcast university ... ?

I repeatedly get a call on my cell from this #. No one speaks. I call back and get a recording "Cisco messaging system. From a touchtone phone you may dial an extension at any time". I have no clue what this call is about.
