This number called my cell phone, which is not only unlisted but on a Do Not Call list. When I pressed 1 to "get more information," the hispanic woman who answered asked (without a greeting) if I was calling to lower my interest rate. I replied that I was answering my phone to tell them to stop calling me, and the woman immediately hung up. Scam.

I received a call from 765-537-8479 offering me 1% on my Card, I asked which card is was and she informed that it was my mastercard, visa or discover. She asked for pertinent information and I would not give it to her, I requested that she tell me who I was.
Who is this Company and should they be reported to the Better Business Bureau? This call comes from Paragon Ind.

I keep getting calls from this number. I am registered with the "Do Not Call Registry" and they ignore it. I refuse to answer, but get a call almost daily. When looking up the number, I see I'm not the only one who is being harassed.

Got a call from this number saying there was a problem with my credit card, and to press 1 for more info. They did not say which credit card or where they were calling from. Total SCAM I just hung up

I keep getting calls from "Cardholder Services" with a pre-recorded message offering all kinds of stuff like insurance, loan modification, refinance loans, debt consolidation, etc. I have no interest in any of this, and my number is on the Do Not Call registry. They ignore this, and they have ignored my many attempts to get them to remove my home phone number from their automated dialers.
I know this conduct is illegal; violates the Telephone Communications Practices Act and similar California state laws. But I cannot find out who they are, where they are, and how to nail them. Anyone who has some good information on who they are or how I can get to them should send me an email to reidbreitman@gmail.com.
