These calls are irritating

I put my cell number on the "do not call" list a few weeks ago, now I get unwanted calls like this one multiple times a day. I don' answer unknown numbers, but when I look them up online I find complaints like these for all the numbers that call me. Lot of good the "do not call" list makes, pretty useless. :P

Call from someone with a barely understandable accent, calling from some sort of health insurance company.

Received multiple calls saying either I was entitled to medical compensation or my application for medical insurance was approved.  Told them I had not applied for anything and they needed to remove me from their list the guy actually yelled at me saying "YOU ARE NOT HEARING ME MAM....YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO ME"  I again told them I did not ask then to call and to make sure they do not call again then I hung up.

Foreign speaking gentleman called me. very pushy. stating he wanted to send me information regarding mmy free health care information. I did not request this information nor do u wish to be solicited by this individual or company.

If you do answer just say "County morgue, whose body do you want to claim?"

got a call from this number...they have other numbers too. it all started from payday loans/fashcash.net that I never signed up for.this has to stop. they keep calling from different numbers.

I keep getting calls from this number, my phone says it is from IN, USA. I have not answered as they call me at work, but I have gotten multiple calls and my number is on the do not call list. These people need to be banned from operating telephones...

I have a couple of missed calls from this # but reading all of your posts it sounds like the same who has been harassing me 4 the past month calling from different numbers acting like he is from the finance company, lawyer's office, etc. IT IS A SCAM, HE ONLY TRYING TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU REPORT HIM TO THE F.B.I. .......... the noise in the background is fake its only a distraction he's not even a real telemarketer.

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING THEY ARE LOOKING FOR RAYMEN I HAVE TRIED TO BE NICE AND BEING RUDE NOTHING WORKS

First thing to do is register your number on the national DO NOT CALL list. It takes them 31 days to send out the request. If the calls continue to come through, file a complaint through the do not call registry website. It's the only way these calls will stop because the feds will get involved.

I am getting multiple calls from this number a day, I pick up the phone and it's hangs up, try calling back and it says you have entered an invalid number please try your call again later..this is taking up my time on my phone and I am not happy about it. My number is on multiple do not call lists and this is a cellphone not a land line, this needs to stop

got a call on my cell phone; could  not understand the man.  He sounded drunk. I hung up on him.  Hate getting these telemaket calls on my cell phone..

My caller ID said this is from Karrie, Canada.  They call and do not leave a message.  Anyone that knows me knows to leave a message.

I've gotten a number of calls for someone named Shelton or Shelden Garcia.......I tell them it's a wrong number since no one by that name lives here.........Today it was from a number with the id Carrie Canada.      It's so annoying......I hope they have to pay for these calls!

just got a call on my cell line from this number.  Non-American accent.  I've been getting a cluster of these from various numbers, this was the first from 765-681-0497.  I just started yelling stop calling, do not call me, then hung up.

The only name that he was able to get through before I started shouting was Insurance.

Same thing as everyone else. They keep calling constantly and caller ID says Canada Karrie. I am on the do not call list but really dont know why they even created it or waste money on it as I also have home phone unlisted and somehow they call on my home phone and cell phone which is also on the do not call list. I have learned overtime not to answer any calls that are outside my area code and lot of times if do not recognize the caller I figure if it is that important they wil leave a VM. This time after so many annoying calls I decided to google the name and I found all this within 2 minutes. I am going to report to the BBB and also call my phone carriers and once again see if something can be done about all the telemarketers and jerks out there that just need to go get a real job,

Any call coming in to my phone labeled as "unknown" I just don't answer it.  Such number is kept in my log.  I just labeled it as "SCAM-X" and when they do call, I know it is a scam call.

I guess I am just going to have to buy a whistle and start blowing in all these idiot's ears. These scam callers are majorly harassing all of us. DNC list doesn't work, letting the answering machine doesn't work, hanging up on them doesn't work.

Got a call form 765-681-0497, said I was approved for health insurance. When I asked what health insurance, they hung up on me. Called back 20 minutes later, when I answered they hung up on me

The latest telemarketers to blow up my phone with their incessant calls.  Why is it so easy for these sonsabitches to find and harass me, but yet trying to find out who THEY are takes, literally, an Act of Congress???

I was asked my B.O.D ,address, E-mail, my school name and etc,.
and suddenly call was turn off when i asked him why I was asked those.
anyway I gave him my imforms.
i was scared so much.

Called, asking for me by name, but the man/woman had an Indian/Spanish/who knows what kind of accent! Hung up on them immediately and hoping for no calls..
