I recieved a call from 760-253-3647 from a lady saying she was sending me a gift card from walmart to thank us for our business. She asked me what i wanted my Pin to be for the walmart gift card. She asked if we were still using certain light bulbs. I said yes. She then transfered me to shipping. Shipping lady verified my info and said we will be sending the gft card, then the bulbs will be coming after. Asked me if the invoice should be sent to the same location. I said yes attn accounts payable. I then called 2 of our purchasing ladies who both said we never ordered anything. DO NO ACCEPT BULBS FROM THIS PLACE! FRAUD!! They even asked if we use a po# or just a name. I said just a name but we actually only use a po.

I just recieved the same call at my work and I informed her that we were not interested and to please put us on her do not call list. She hung up. We will see if they call back, if they do I will report them ASAP to the FCC. I have written down all the call information. I hate these scam artists.

Just received the bill for our light bulbs that we did not order. They are going under a different name "Commercial Distributing Company". Just an FYI!

As busy as my day is, involved with the vendors out there. I to got hooked with the free complimentary bulbs and as a valued customer a $100  Wal-mart gift card. Well, now I keep getting an invoice for $308.85. I have tried numerous times to send back, but, you need a RGA#. Well GOOD LUCK trying to get it. Not to mention the $25 RE-stocking fee they threaten to get. All I can say is to the to WOMEN that pulled this stunt. If you did this from your JAIL CELLS well your where you belong. If not you will be soon enough. Also, if this helps anyone out there that fell for this. I received a second attempt with the offer of a FREE fruit basket, BUT, when "ANGEL" whom she claimed to be, asked for a P.O.# to use against yet more FREE light bulbs, I put her on hold. Eventually she got the message that I wasn't going to take her call and quit calling, or she ran outta quarter's. Anyway I have know intention of paying for these bulbs and "LADIES" I stocked them in MY warehouse where they will remain until you are ready to receive them back, "FREE OF CHARGE".... Oh that's right you don't have the luxury of a light bulb in a prison cell.

I also had the same experience with this "company". When the lights were delivered to my company via UPS, UPS allowed us to return shipment to sender as long as the package wasn't open. Hope this helps.

I as well received a call from supposedly customer service saying that they were bought by new ownership and they wanted to send us a free case of light as well as a $100 walmart gift card. Well needless to say I received the lights, no gift card and then an invoice a month and a half later for the lights. This company is a rip off, I also traced them to a 800-854-8951 #

I received the same call as well, a $100 walmart gift certificate and a free box of lights. A month later I got an invoice foe the lights. I have called them many times and I am still waiting for a call tag for pick up. I will not pay them a cent.

A call was made to one of my maintenance men at one of our nursing homes. They said that they appriciated our business and told him that they had a free promotional gift for him, and that they were going to send a case of fluorescent lights as well. Being new to the company and not aware of this scam, my maintenance man accepted the offer. I then recieved an invoice for $308.85  These same lamps that I purchase locally for just over $40.00. I have tried repeatedly to contact them via their internet address which is on their invoice. It appears that this internet address does not exist. I have also tried numerous times calling them, but they won't answer the phone.

The companies name is Lighting Products Company. They said they were sending me a box of lamps no charge, no invoices, just a free box of lamps. About 2 weeks later I receive a box of lamps from them and than about a month and a half after that I received an invoice. This is fraudlent way to sell light bulbs, we just refused to give them a PO number, they got my name wrong on the invoice and my corporate office is refusing to pay the invoice because they did not follow our guide lines. Their loss!

caller made the call to my business.  Said they were sending a $100 gift certificate for Wal-mart plus a box of flourescent lights.  Forgot the name of the lighting company.  I called the customer service # to tell them DO NOT send and got a recording.  Unable to leave a message.  Their recording listed "available hours" for customer service -- very limited.  I believe this to be a fradulent way to sell light bulbs to unsuspecting people.
