Called me wed, then twice today, tried calling number back. Get the message saying number is no longer in service.

I have had two today and one yesterday.

This number has called me twice with in the last 4 hours. The first one was at 7:41 am. I thought it was illegal to call before 8:00

This number has called me twice in the last 12 hours.  Leaves no voicemail.
