Likewise got a call from the captioned number. Stange I just switched from Verizon where I never got such calls to Page Plus Cellular. I never give out my cell number and never use it on internet or other forms. Does Page plus have a mole feeding numbers?

The phone didn't ring or maybe I didn't hear it. I was laying in bed then I decided to check my phone and I had a misserd call by 76723 658681. It was around 4 Am and the call had been made 6 hours prior to that. So at around 11 Pm. Eastern time. I didn't call back because it was strange. I didn't know anyone with that number and I wanted to know what state used 767 and turns out it's international. So glad I didn't call back.

Called one ring at 00:56 then hang - up, registered as missed call. Did not recognize area code, googled the number and saw it was a scam. Can't the FCC block or shut down these fraud numbers?

I just got a call from this number. One ring. Late last night, same thing but a different number. Don't answer these calls, and don't call back!

2 missed call, no message at 9:45 am. Don't know anybody from Dominica, did not call back. Already block this number.

This number reported on several other caller sites as well. Making the rounds so to speak. Don't worry, no one has your particular cell number. Computer automation calls numbers at random to leave the call back number. It costs practically nothing, and a few unsuspecting souls do call back...to the country of Dominica, which is in the Caribbean, thus incurring international charges by your carrier, and the reason for the scam, charges from the other end, which you get billed for by your carrier. It's not thousands like what used to be reported on snopes and such, but it's a few dollars a minute, and you can't fight it: you made the return call after all. You just didn't realize you were calling a foreign country, since Caribbean countries use the same 3 digit prefix system as the US and Canada. Hope this explanation helps.

No the pre paid phones will not let the charges be applied to your account. Oh and I just got a call at 12:42am woke me up the b*****ds

Received a call from this number yesterday evening. Didn't know who it was, so I didn't answer. Said it was from Dominica. Very strange.

Got a call from this number at 7:12AM on my pay-as-you-go cell phone. Phone rang once and quit. No message was left. I always check here when an odd number calls me to avoid being scammed.

I've been getting a call from this number at different times during the day.  It rings once and hangs up, no message.  Last nigh, the call came in at 11:45 pm.  If I don't know who is calling, I never call back.  Still, this is totally annoying!

Looking back at the entries of today - mine also just rang twice I think.  It woke me so I was unsure.  I wonder what that is about??  They seem to be doing a LOT of calling this morning - just think about the folks that have not placed entries on this site!

At 8am on a Sat morning when I had planned to sleep in, I received a call from 767 235-8681 on my CELL PHONE!  Nobody has this number exc my friends and some motel/hotels I have been to on vacations in the past so they could reach me which they will never get again.  I didn't like the looks of the area code & did not answer it.  SURE ENOUGH!  Looks like another scammer call.  Just received one from 473 GRENADA a couple of weeks ago.  I wonder if this is perhaps mixed up with the Target scam or now it has been announced a breach on Hilton/Mariott security.  I wish it would stop - esp on my CELL PHONE.

Woke to find this number on my phone called it back and got a recording saying wait for the operator, I got fed up and hung up the phone.

Thanks for waking me up on Saturday morning at 6:45am, a**hole. I curse whomever is behind this scam with diarrhea. I blocked the #. Stupid fraud scammers need to stop trying to rip off American citizens!!!
