That is probably why I didn't get anyone on cause I have a prepaid phone. Does not cover international phone calls, good to know if get another call. Had called this same number back few days after got called and it was disconnected.

Do you know why we tell people not to call back phone numbers before checking them out? Area code 767 is the Dominica in the Caribbean. Do you know why you were put on hold? To keep you on the line as long as possible. You'll understand more when your next phone bill comes in with International phone charges on it.

weird.   just got the same call. it rang my cell for a split second. tried to call back and nothing but techno music and a request to wait for an operator who never answered. confused. plus weird.

I received a call today from this number and the girl left a message but it was only the last part of the message that recorded and she said she was calling from someone's phone. I called it back and it said please wait for the operator while techno music played and no operator ever answered. No clue who this person could have been. Not many people have my number so it was very strange and random.

Also have tried texting the person back but texts wouldn't go through no matter how many times I kept resending the text same one asking who was it thinking perhaps a friend haven't talked to or something had there number changed, also when tried calling phone number back after that no one would answer my numereous attempts to call them back.  2nd part my message to first one just posted.

This number showed up on my caller I.D. On my cell phone a little after 9 am this morning. Don't know anyone from out of USA to be calling me and tried finding out who did without any sucess.
