never call back unknown numbers from Caribbean countries.  It might be a call-back scam, where you get additional charges crammed on your bill for calling a "premium" (think 976) number.

thats exactly what i did. haha he insisted the only way i could get my comp back is for a paper check mailed to a non PO box address or an existing checking account with a + balance. said in america we will take cash, money order, COD and many online options ill be happy to creat a fake online
account.  over an hour long convo. sure hope not many ppl fall for his million dollar telamarketing sceam

Lol just gotten a phone call from them at 4:11pm est again from that number of 767-275-4300. He really had talk to me and ask for me. So I told them you talking to them what can I help you with. He came out saying he is from the med dpt and something about a claim. I rememer the number had call me not to long ago like few days ago. I told him nice try that I know you are a scammer and I hang up on him/ Next time if they call I might blow something throw the phone so there ear drums can pop and maybe that will stop them from calling me again lol. Sad part is if they from the USA medicared Dept there phone number wont be come from a different contery to begin with and it usually start with a toll free number like a 800 or 866 or 877 or it whould come up private.

I am so aggravated by these people the.  They call at all times of the day.  Don't know them, don't want to talk to them.  I just want them to stop calling.  

I received calls from this number several times twice I've answered and a foreign gentlman was also inquiring about a surgery he said I had in 91?! Insisting that I remember regarding "surgical mesh". I hung up. Very persistent and annoying!

This is scary that people in a country KNOWN for their CRIME RATE has our phone number and is calling us.  As with others I saw the "DOMINICA" on Caller ID and the obviously non-local area code and KNEW it was someone up to NO GOOD.  I picked up/hung up w/o answering to break the call; did NOT want it to go to answering machine which would confirm to them that it was a working number.

Now I will BLOCK the number and REPORT to the DNC list, for whatever good that does.

Receive my 3rd call from 767-275-4300.  Foreign accent insisting I am entitled to bladder sling operation compensation.  I told him it was none of his business if I had surgery.  Asked for his supervisor and he kept saying I was entitled to compensation.  I told him I was going tor turn him in for harassment.  He just keeps talking.  Hung up and blocked number.

I got the same call from "Dominica" which is NOT an old contact of mine.  I had not answered until today and it was an Indian guy saying he was from the US Medical something about free medical compensation.  I told him I was not interested.  He replied "why are you not interested mam, this is free medical compensation".  I hung up and blocked the number.

They just called for the umpteenth time and they never leave a message. I had enough. I told them where they could put it. It won't do any good but I think I'll learn how to say F-U in Spanish just in case.

got a call from 767-275-4300, didn't answer, then 15 minutes later, got a call from 925-446-3778 didn't answer that either. I think they're related because there are complaints about both numbers on this website.

I received a call from this number on April 19 at 12:29 pm and today at 10:15am. I was not able to answer the call either time, and there has not been any message left.

I rec'd my second call from (767) 275-4300 on Sat., 04-19-2014.  The Caller ID showed "Dominica" so I hit DECLINED.  If you have the time and really want to irritate them, turn the conversation around and ask for their address, credit card #, etc.

Gotten a phone call from 767-275-4300 around 10:14am est and I pick up and lasted 7 seconds and nobody said anything, but chould hear noise from backround. So decide to call back but chouldnt get throw. I am not sure who they are but wish they do NOT call me again. Starting to hate these's nonstop calls from numbers I dont know.

This number called me shortly after 5pm april 19, 2014.  I did not answer because i get calls like this all the time and it is really irritating.

This person callls several times a week. He says he is with the US Medical Department and has compensation for me. He is very persistant and rude. I tell him every time to take my number off his list. When I ask for his supevisor he says he is the supervisor.

Got a call and the caller ID said Dominica that was a deleted contact of mine. So I answered and the guy started talking. I just hung up and was bothered that it had an old contact of mine so it didn't flag the number. How weird! Can telemarketers, collection agencies, etc access your personal information like that?

They call ed at 7:45 AM saturday. Asked for Ashley, told him wrong number and he said thank you and hung up
