I got two calls and they were from Roseau DM.  Scam, don't answer them this was 767-275-9073.  Ran up my phone bill !!!

got call on mobile on 1-17-2014 at 6:45 pm missed and call back --- mobile bill showed a $21.89 charge (T-Mobile reversed AND asked if I wanted to block international calls--- calls can come in but I will be told if call is international before I complete a return)----

I have been plagued by calls from this number!  It starts every morning around 11:30 a.m.  It is an international call.  I have made the mistake of calling the number back to try to find out who it is.  Now I have international phone call bills to pay. Argh!

you think it's hilarious, if you call  back you´ll be charged $ 1.99 that's not funny.

I Dont remember this call but i just found it on my cell phone bill, I was charged for it. I must have called it back and after reading these comments i remember a calls about my credit card having a problem and getting put on hold

Hmm.  I've read several other posts here at 800notes in which people reported that they were also charged for *incoming* calls.  If I recall correctly, some of these charges were for $50 or more.

I was checking my bill for last month and found out we had  calls on my phone 767-275-9198 on 1/09/14 and my wife's phone 767-275-9073 on 1/23/14. I Google the are code found out is a scam from the Caribbean.  The charges for this is $1.99 each.  I hope this can stop soon because money is tight for everyone.  

I've  been receiving calls from this number at all different times during the day and night.  I've never answered the call because it says its from Dominica.  Don't know anyone there.....

Block this number beofre you are raped with International phone charges and you will be !! Big time. I put a International block to and from on my acct. problem solved

We had several hundredes of dollars to this number on our bill only we dont call this number. Somehow they can hack into your phone. Be careful and be ware!

This is that "one ring" scam that just started up. If you called them back, check your phone bill. There are a bunch of companies doing this, and when you call back you get charged $19.95, and you can't contest it because you dialed out.

Received a call from this number at 6:14 am.  I called it back later on and a message came on saying I was unauthorized to call that  number.  This has happened to me twice.  Any idea what this is all about?  The second time was from Antigua.

Got a call from this number at 7:07am PST.  I don't know anyone in Dominica.

As I am 16 I don't have a credit/debit card of any type, but I got a call from this number today, so I doubt it has anything to do with Target.

Same thing with me, very early morning calls and with a few rings.  I recommend do not pick up or call # back!

It's an island in the Caribbean. Not far from the Venezuelan coast. Barbados and Grenada area. It will piss me off if cell company charges some ridiculous out of country fee.

The Dominica number just called me 10 times in a row... Would ring once and I would grab it and it would say "missed." Once I realized it kept calling I just let it keep "missing." 10 missed calls and no voicemail and 11 pm? Had a friend call them because it scared the crap outta me. They said just an operator. I have an iPhone 5 and my carrier is sprint. F****ng creepy.
