I didn't answer

Also belgium here; Last night got the call and picked it up. Nobody to hear. So i ended call. 2 Minutes later my wife standing next to me gets this call. This is why i looked up the number. I was in assumption some friend really wanted to reach us from abroad.
I dont like this...

I didn't hear so I didn't answer, but I called back, and got an answering machine asking if I knew the phonebox number to dial and leave a message, if not, wait in line or dial 8.

I also received the call, I'm from belgium too but i didn't answer, because it starts with 1 I thought someone from the US called, cause I have relatives there, but no, now I get it was that # from the Dominica!
Maybe we can report it to our phone company.

Hi, I'm from Belgium too. This number has calling me lately and also my mother. I called back, had an answering machine.

same to me,  I got a call yesterday afternoon fro 001-767-503-3099.
I could not answer so I don't know how could be this stranger calling arround!

Called me today. Didn't hear the phone ring so of course I didn't answer. I'm in Switzerland but am American. I don't know anyone though from Dominica.

I also just got a call from them and I'm from Belgium! I called back and I think they responded with "ticket counter", not sure.

i'm from belgium, got the phonecall ones. Answered it. Few minutes later i called back to see wheather it's a real phone number.. It rang ..

probably to inform me, as usual, that I won lotery and if I want to get money I need to pay few taxes.....
simply don't take care about that

Don't understand where they manage to have my phone number! I'm from Belgium and I really don't have anythning to do with the Commonwealth of Dominica (+1 767 is its local telephone area code according to Wikipedia).
Can somebody help me?
