Hi! I am Stacy Jo silvers and yes I lived in Lafayette Indiana and that was my phone. Oddly enough though I haven't had that number since febuary of 2007 when I moved to south Carolina then Guam. I really apologize for the weird phone calls and am slightly creeped out by reading this but I just wanted to say that I am sorry! I do hope you all have a wonderful day!!

I have called several times to be removed from their calling list.. But they repeatedly call my house up to 7 times a day

We get calls 2-3 times a week from Stacy Jo Silver. Is it really a telemarketing company trying to figure out our answering habits? We never answer, so I am sure it won't work out well for them!  I called back and the machine said to press "1" to be placed on the do not call list.  Hopefully that will end the calls!

I have received several calls from this number and a message to "All U.S. citizens who owe back taxes." It said to press 1 for sales and 3 (I think) to be removed from the calling list. I've pressed 3 and yet keep getting the calls. Today I tried pressing 1, and as soon as I started to say to take me off the call list, they hung up on me.

It is absolutely not from an individual. If it ever belonged to a Stacy Jo Silver (reading these posts), it's been stolen.

I only get these calls on my cell phone, which means it costs me minutes/money every time they call. My cell is on the national Do Not Call list, so these calls are illegal.

I receive multiple daily calls from Jo Silver Stacey; her telephone number is 765 - 507 -6503, or that is what is shown on my caller ID.

My attempts to call back to converse with this nuisance does not ever ring.  

Anyone have any ideas how to stop her?

I'm always amazed and amused by the abject ignorance of people who rush to these sites to blather on about someone daring to call them as if their number should be treated as the holy grail of 10 digit number combinations.  If you don't want the call, don't answer the phone.  It's that simple.  I get calls all the time from numbers I don't recognize.  If it's important, they'll leave a message.  Sorry if these calls are interrupting your "stories".  Get over yourselves.  Most of  you should be happy that someone is even calling you.

Started recieveing calls today on my cell.  Did a phone reverse look-up and got the same info as everyone else. Don't know Stacy Jo Silvers or Renee Rose Silvers or anyone else in LaFayette IN....

its only 12pm here in NY and i got this call 3 times already today!

I would like to be taking off of whatever list i'm on for getting these unwanted calls!

I received a call from Stacy Jo Silver, from apparently the same number as everyone else is receiving, they are leaving no message on answering machine, and unable to contact this person to notify them to refrain from calling.  I want this messages to stop.

This number calls daily. 3 times today. FED UP. I have made numerous complaint.  I have pressed 1 to be removed. No such luck.

This is Stacy Jo Silver and it calls our business 3 times per day and we are fed up.

Goto the do not call list site the GOVT. has established and lodge a complaint and soon enough if we get alot of complaints in they will be shut down and or fined.

Lets teach them a real world lesson about harrassment!

YES, I AM GETTING THE SAME CALLS, THE LAST WAS NOV.12,2010. I GET ONE AT LEAST

The caller is Stacy J Silvers, 3117 Rubble Way, Lafayette, In 47909 and it appears to be coming from an apartment comples.  She's only called me once so far.

got a call from this #. I Don't answer calls from people like this. Interesting how many others have been called by this Stacy Jo Silver. Thought it was BS. Turns out I am right.

Those calls are being done by a computer to determine if and when your phone will be answered by a live person. They are known as probes. They aren't selling anything that's why nobody is on the other end; they are just gathering information about your answering habits; The company initiating the call is putting together a model of which numbers are answered by a person and when they answer. The information is then used by telemarketers and collection agencies to improve their number of direct contacts . A cruder version is sometimes used  by thieves to determine when people aren't at home.

I got a call from this number as well but the ID said "government stimulus".  Maybe "she's" changing her name.

Yes, I've received the same call 2 days in a row, but no one answers or says anything when I answer the phone and say hello several times.  They .  I called the exact number back and got a recording that "Your call can not be completed as dialed. Please check your number and dial again." Even though I had dialed the correct # prefaced with a 1 for long distance.  The whole thing is rather bazaar.
