First was a bot call about fraud, took me to an "agent" who informed me of the two criminal counts against me that were about to be filed.  Oh really, what are they? She gave me lame and made up names 1.check point (wtf?) And 2. Debt from a payday loan I supposedly didn't pay off.  I told them to go shove it and im wise to their games. I have been getting these calls off and on for years but its usually a man who sounds like he is in the bottom of the trash pit from that movie slum dog millionaire and is also drunk. His calls go like this...threats of jail, subpoenas, court proceedings, arrests, and my social security number.  He claims to be Timmy Jones and when asked if he is calling from the bottom of a well in india he says he is in new york. even though I have this supposed debt this lady claimed to be a collector but then some kind of case agent. All of a sudden she said she believed me and would wipe it clean.  Then quickly said after getting 2 character references and I also can just settle the whole thing right now for just $300! But supposedly while self employed I took out a payday loan for $500 which is now $1500.  But ya I bet they will take $300. She then started in on my credit report and how I should look at it and then said I may need a lawyer.  No problem I already have the best f'ing lawyer in los Angeles I told her so contact him, and gave her his #.

No calls since. Joke, people default on their mortgage these days and have you ever seen them arrested for doing so?  No so why the heck would a $500 debit land me jail? Bs

Robocall into company switchboard. Vaguely threatening "fraud attached to this telephone number or your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER". They made sure to emphasize the SSN part.

"Dial 1 to speak with one of our specialists..."  So I dialed "1". They answered "Processing". Blah blah blah...looking for the same person they've been targeting for six years now for non-existent payday loan "debt". I told them they would need to reach this person at home because they aren't permitted to take calls at work. They actually said they would take the number out of the system. No holding my breath.

these people called me and said I would be arrest tonght over a payay loan. tha I didn't pay back. I've never taken out a payday loan. When I asked what company they said I doesn't matter. So my retaliation was to call them back and start harassing them and telling them thy owe me money. defiantly a scam!!

I received a "This is a risk assessment on possible fraud on a bank account associated with your phone number" automated message from this number. I don't bank in GA and my bank would notify me by text and call with an actual customer service representative if they thought someone was accessing my account information. Further, if I'm being accused of some type of fraud, from my experience in banking and the legal system, I should've received a summons and complaint. I blocked the number. If they call again I'll report them to the FCC because I'm on the do not call list.
