PRIMARY SOLUTIONS IS A SCAM  Once that doesn't work anymore they get a new phone number. This is deception. I will give a written and verbal statement to everybody that was wronged by this company. You all have the right to request a copy of the recordings no matter how old or new. I have some documents that will help the ruling go in your favor. I have the actual location,names and numbers of the criminals behind this business. Everything about this company is a SCAM they collect on checks & loans from 2000-2007 ILLEGAL. They also tell you that they're investigators that too is ILLEGAL. They pretend to represent clients that  have never heard of them. They also send out text messages pretending that they are going to take you to court. Again that too is ILLEGAL. IT'S ALL ILLEGAL SCAMS. They will try to make you think different by saying "Sir/Ma'am we're not a scam we are registered with the secretary of the state of Georgia and we follow all FDCPA guidelines as enforced by the FTC Federal Trade Commission" BUT they don't. They have never ever went to school to be  investigators nor have they taken the FDCPA or GBLA test. I have emails/text messages and recordings of the lady behind all of this she admits that it is illegal and if she gets shut down she'll just pay a few fines and just reopen. She has step on a lot of people to get to the top she needs to be stopped. Help me help you and other Americans who have been taken for a ride. This same number has been calling me its a scam they need to be stopped now

i think its funny to call them back after you read comments on here and i tell them im not falling for their scams. They get so MAD!! lol

I just got a call form Agent Jenkins telling me that I took out a payday loan in 2010 (funny, I'm a work at home mom and don't collect a paycheck to get a loan against).  He refused to send me any documentation that he had and he told me I was going to be served with court papers if I didn't pay the $2,000 loan plus interest over the phone immediately.  When I mentioned that my hubb was a cop he got very quiet and I hung up.

TONY WATSON CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE. PEOPLE DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE CALLS ACCORDING TO BBB AND POLICE AND OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES THAT DEAL WITH SUSPICIOUS CALLS. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND SOME OF THE SCAMS ARE AS FOLLOWS;

1. BANK FRAUD
2. CHECK FRAUD
3. RESTRAINING ORDERS FOR STATES YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN TO
4. THEY SAY THEY ARE BILL COLLECTORS

THEY HAVE THREATENED TO SEND SOME ONE TO SERVE PAPERS ON ME. SEVERAL DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS USED WHICH ARE CELL PHONES. POLICE SAY THERE ARE SO MANY USING CELL PHONES IT'S HARD TO KEEP TRACK OF THEM. I HAVE BEEN WITH MY BANK FOR OVER 20 YRS AND HAVE NO ISSUES WITH THEM. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO GET A LIFE, A REAL JOB AND STOP HARRASSING, ME, MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. i was call from this company ,they was telling me that i owe for and enternet transaction froma company that i paid both accounts of . the company also stated that they do not use third party collection department to do the collecting plus the corporate office told me i dont owe any money past or present they are scams primary solutions 7702173276 an agent young keep contacting me.

Oh...if you want a good laugh, call these fools after hours and listen to the message on their answering machine. Sounds like some country motherfvcker. The message claims you've reached the investigation department and then claim their agents are out in the field.

They must be some type of collection firm. They used the same phony "agent" b.s. when the woman left a message on the phone. They were calling my elderly parents' house looking for my crackhead sister. My sister doesn't live with my parents, but collection agencies continually call and harass them because they think they are either going to scare my parents into paying my sister's bad debts or that my sociopath sister is actually going to take responsibility for this out of feelings of shame for my parents getting phone calls all day every day.

In the past, I have actually tried to reason with these collection agencies by giving them my sister's complete and current contact information, but they don't care; they think that harassing my parents for my sister's sins is the way to go.

LOL at these "agents" and their CA###### case numbers.

I just got the same call from the same so caked person.  They can eat a DICK so tired of fraudulent calls they always ask for my maiden name as well which i don't use at all.   I keep up with my life so i know when i have legal matters or debt I am not stupid and right now I know I have neither of these going on.

Agent Copeland left a message and I spoke with an Agent Jenkins when I called back. They were calling in regards to Philip *****. Philip is my x and they stated they were calling about case number FL4125975. This has to be fake. My phone number would NEVER be a contact for him. We have been split for over 8 years and my number is only 4 years old. I call b***s***.

Just got a call from 770-217-3276, the area code is Georgia but caller i.d says Biddeford Maine.  Just said his name was agent tom watson and needed a call back to verify my side of the story.

I came across their website www.aprimarygroup.com It turns out they are a Private Investigations Firm. I did even more research and found that they are registered with the Secretary of State in Georgia. They handle several different types of cases so if you were contacted I strongly suggest you at least find out for yourself why to be on the safe side.

They called me regarding a case number NC14-231002. They stated they need my side of the story. I'm nervous and don't know what I should do.

I tried to contact Primary Solutions in hopes of hiring them to do some investigative work around my home while I?m at work. I believe my wife has been fooling around but just don?t have the evidence to prove it and bust her. Long story short they inform me they do not investigate personal matters only business to business investigations.

I was called by an agent heath about an investigation from an accident my son had 2 years ago stating that they wanted a statement from him because of possible fraud. I called Allstate and they said that they were an outside investigation firm in Atlanta GA and that the claim was flagged for fraud.
