I got a call from this # also The company on my caller id is National Envelope.   I DO NOT HAVE VERIZON WIRELESS AT ALL.  I answered let the person talk some and said I AM NOT INTERESTED TAKE MY NAME OFF YOUR LIST AND DO NOT CALL AGAIN.  IF THE DO CALL I WILL TELL THEM I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION AND I WILL.  WHEN YOU SAY THAT, THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO TAKE YOUR NAME OFF YOUR LIST AND NOT CALL AGAIN.

I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. If it was Verizon, like all of you are saying. I have AT&T. So it has to be a scam or something.

Went to answer they hung up, keeps calling, but won't leave a message. Annoying, I have better things to do than to stop and answer the phone every time it rings, that's what the answering machine is for, so they can leave a message!!

i did report this number ... i think Verizon has a scam artist in their own office .

i did all the calling to Verizon as did the rest of you although ,im not scared to tell someone off who is trying to screw me ,.

i called verizon they themselves told me they; had no part in this number .. still i wouldnt give out info if i was you ....

had the exact same thing happen to me on 3 phones .on the 770-250-2082 .give them no info and report it . had numbers blocked .

got a call from this number, I answered and it disconnected. When I called it back, I got no answer.

Yes I agree with everyone else that?s getting a call from theses jokers. They called me went to voice mail. They left no message. That tells me everything I need to know. If it was a company that I do business with they would have left a message, if was I guess it wasn?t very important.

I have been getting these calls for a few weeks now. Finally answered and it was a woman saying her name was Gail and from Verizon! Lol I said oh really & what does Verizon want with me? Funny thing is she knew both me & my spouces name? She then went on to say that our bills are being returned due to wrong address! I said REALLY? Then shes like we just need to verify your account info and we can get it all corrected, I politely stopped her and said "that's so strange considering that I just spoke directly to Verizon cust serv about a hour ago about this strange # that keeps calling me & the Internet is telling me it's a scam # claiming to be Verizon! isn't that funny Gail?"  she then said would you like me to transfer you back thru to our customer service so they can verify & get the correct info maam? I said " wouldn't u love that so you can just listen in and get the info that way? I don't think so! Don't call my # again Gail". Not sure at what point she hung up but she did! Then I called Verizon back and they blocked the # free of charge

Some lady called I called back the lady was saying something about a website with music in the background could barely hear then after 4 seconds it was blank then hung up

This number called me on my cell phone and home land line at the same time today, though I have different carriers for both. They left no message.

I received a call from this number as well - no message ... I called the number and the voicemail that picks up seems to be stolen from the verizon voicemail "for more information, visit us at Verizon.com" and then it eventually hangs up....  S-C-A-M scam.

Called Verizon-- it's a SCAM!!!

A 770 number called stating they are from verizon. I told them my mom went to to the grocery market to pick up eggs and milk.

Got a call from this number, called back and heard music then the call ended within 11 seconds.

I just received a call and they too told me they wanted to verify my address...said they were from Verizon Wireless.  I gave them my address, but I told them I have been receiving my bills so I thought that was odd.  A total scam.

Got this call today, it is VZ wireless wanted me to update my addersses. Why I am fairly sure it is VZ wireless was the fact that they have my addresses was off by a number. The other thing that confirms it is that right after I changed it I did get a text message from VZW confirm my addrsses change.

I got a call today, too.  When I called back heard, "get the fastest 4G network ever" and then it disconnected.

I missed a call from this number today, so I called Verizon today at *611 and they said it was legitimate, that they did want to verify my address.

i called bak and some music started paly and then they hang up

it was some lady it sounds and i asked who she was and she wasn't willing to tell me who it was that's weird
