This same guy has called hundreds of times to my numbers. I finally had to cancel my two phones which was on contract with Zerizon wireless. These were work phones I live and work out of Fairbanks Alaska. I have hired Spekeo and several others since March 2012.I've been to Alaskan State Troopers and they tell me to get a cival attorney. My time is very limited but I wish somebody with F.C.C. or whoever would get this guy! I have the phone records and I've done most of the leg work. This mans name is James Anthoney Lamoureux. I found out he has many aliasases--"Ames, Robert, Rob, Bob, and my name William. This guy even used my personal number and thinks this is a game of sorts. He has many phone numbers 425-823-3885, 425-772-1603 or 1360 about 10 with is one number. 425-488-2036, 360-336-5957, 206364-0328. He was calling and hanging up I'd call back and it was Boewing plant in Seattle we talked several times and was as upset I was. Just this wk.-end he downloaded my new phone with Alaskan Communication and then shut it off. Hes got a thing with my ex-girl and between the two I've lost over 50,000 in the last two yrs. I did a backgroud ck. and hes never worked one day in his life. SOMEBODY GET THIS GUY, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received call at 3:30 pm. I did not answer, and no message was left.

Have been called two days in a row by this number, so I called Verizon to see if there had been any notes in my account saying that Verizon needed to reach me. They in fact did need my address because they were receiving return mail. I do believe it is a legitimate number.

I received a call from this number called it back could nt get through so i called Verizon's *611and they verify it is them and it is legit they'll call u from this number if u have called them and done anything with your account but as always be very careful about giving out your sensitive info

It was a call from Verizon. My sister was assuming liability for a phone line on my plan and they wanted authorization.

got a call today from someone claiming to be from Verizon, wanting to confirm my home address, because of something "returned to sender".  I'll stop by Verizon to see if they really want my address again...  not giving any info to someone who call me out of the blue...

I just got this call on my Verizon cell phone. I answered it because my daughter just moved to Atlanta, and I thought it might be from her.The man said he was from Verizon, and I told him I would call Verizon right away to verify his authenticity and he immediately hung up.  I was suspicious as Verizon always sends me text messages, never calls.  I called Verizon, gave them the number and they ran a check. It wasn't from them. So, they have this guy's number and are tuned into this, although, as it's probably phishing, it's a disposable number.

Verizon also said there's a similar email scam going on where an email that looks like it was sent from Verizon, and it also asks you to update your contact info and bank account for their records. Obviously, don't do it.

I had just recieved a call from a man and said he was from Verizon. He asked me to update my address and he stuttered a lot... sounds really fishy...

I got the call too. I was told I would recieve a text showing my info was updated (billing address) and never recieved it. Thinking it was spam or something else I contacted Verizon. As flakey as this call seemed it is legitimate.

There may be other things happening from this number but as always, never give out sensitive information. BTW Verizon purchased MCI Worldcom some years ago.

received two calls today no message - dialed back and received recording similar to a verizon ad on Droids- I concur be cautious this is a scam

I just received a call from this number.  It truly was Verizon Wireless.  They were calling to verify that I had just added/changed my email on my new account with them which is something that I did last night.  It isn't SPAM or Phishing.

Strange man asking for my home address. Said he was from Verizon Wireless and said it was about a confirmation letter, but when I pressed him for more information he didn't know what the confirmation letter was about. This is a scam.

I received a call from this number and they didn't leave a message. Tried to call back and they were "experiencing a high volume of calls at this time, would I please hold". Uh nope. Any info would be great. Thanks.

I got a missed call from this number and also other random numbers from las Vegas...

This number is actually Verizon. My son had been trying to get his cell number changed to a different cell phone and because he isn't on the account they called me to verify the information before helping my son.
I had received 2 calls, back to back, caller ID only said Georgia, so I didn't answer. After someone had already posted it was Verizon, I immediately called my son, who said Verizon had been attempting to contact me before assisting him.

2 calls from this number - no message

Peraon claimed to be from verizon and requested all of my account info. When asked to speak with a supervisor they hung up.  Obviously someone trying to stealcreditcard information

said they were from verizon and that someone wanted to activate a droid phone, but the phone was registered to me. I told them it was stolen. the woman told me the person who wanted to activate the phone said she bought it at a tag sale.

Recd a call from 7702502083. attempted to trace the number and call it, and got a strange message about their call volume. I did send a landline text, asking for ID

Verizon customer Service - concerning problems with account.  Very helpful in solving an issue.

That is not spam, they actually verify your account information.

Caller left voicemail she was from Verizon verifying account info ... Verizon says it has nothing to do with company ... BOGUS CALL ... Reverse hookup says Georgia number

This is Verizon Wireless.  I don't think it's billing (my bill is current), may be promotional.

Got a call from this number.  Have no idea who it is.  I think I'm glad my mailbox was full.  Is this truly a spam number?

i just got a call from this number and whoever it was left me a message but it was singing if i was a boy by beyonce WTF is it i tried to txt it but it said it was a land line oh well

just got 2 calls consecutively from this number...in less than 2 minutes. WTF!
