I got a call from this number asking for me... my girlfriend answered it and she said I was busy and they hung up.. she called back and it said to push some numbers and one of them said push 3 for p***s??? This is just full of be!!! People like this need to get a life !!!

Got a call from 770-250-2089.  Showed up on caller ID as "Worldwide Clinic".  Did not answer, and they left no message. I KNOW this is not Verizon because we do not, and never have had an account with Verizon. So to all of you giving out info. to this number thinkiing it is Verizon, beware.

Today I received a call from (770)250-2089 advising they were with Verizon Wireless trying to get my mailing address since they " tried to mail me a confirmation letter letter but it was returned to them in the mail"  They could not provide any additional information as to what the confirmation letter was about.  It appears to be a scam and I did not provide my personal information.

I got a call from thuis number today 7/9/2012 at 9:30AM and again 11:52AM, i found this after the 1st call, so when i answered the second time with "let me guess, you're from verizon and need my updated billing address because you got something you sent out returned from the post office?" they hung up :-P

My wife received a call on 7/5/12 @15:35 hrs purporting themselves a Verizon Wireless Trying To Verify Billing Address -  Our Current Carrier has the correct address......  Warning Deceptive...... Verizon Wirless Ad Burp can be heard when you dial phone numer back.....

Received a call on 6/14 from 770-250-2089.  I answered and the line hung up.
Received a call on 6/15 from 770-250-2087.  I didn't answer and no message was left.
Received another call on 6/15 an hour later from 770-250-2089.  I answered and the line hung up.

Just got a call from the 770-250-2089 number.  Man said he was with VERIZON and needed to verify some information on my account.  Asked for the last 4 of the social and the address on the account "because your bill was returned to the company."  I told him I had to call Bullshi* on that one and was turning the number over to Verizon. He became irate and said he was just doing his job and that Verizon needed the information.  I then told him I lived right down the street from a VERIZON store and would be going out shortly and would stop there to correct or update anything they needed.  He hemmed and hawed around and said, "Oh, you don't need to go there, we can really just do it over the phone."  I told him I would feel better doing it in person AT the store and hung up.  I then called Verizon who stated was a scam and did not need ANYTHING verified or updated.

Multiple calls over the past week from 770-250-2089 and 770-250-0441, received on my verizon wireless line.  Never answered it as I don't recognize the area code.  No message left.

Keep getting callsfrom this number too. It NOT Verizon. They said they never call & ask for your info, just your name & your password. Dont be fooled by these people, they want to steal your identity!

I have received this number a couple times, and I am unsure of who it is. It shows up in my phone as GA, USA. Whenever they have called I have never been able to pick up the phone, and they do not leave a message.

Stop calling me because I has no frends and when you call I get excited like sumbody actually wants to talk to me!!!!!!!!!!!!

The number 770 250 2087 is a legitimate Verizon Wireless line. When I talked to customer service yesterday the guy said he would ring me back today at 2pm to complete a purchase of an iPhone 4S, which he did (on 2087). It was the same guy I spoke to yesterday. I guess it would help if it came up as Verizon Wireless on the Caller ID. I think 770 250 2089 is also Verizon Wireless because I got a call from that number just before the other one, but he hung up as I was picking up.

I got a call from them too. 2089. Spoke with them. Said that my bill was returned to the post office and asked if I needed to update my address, I told them to eat it. Unsolicited phone calls asking for personal info is a red flag. They were unassuming and friendly and prompted you to volunteer the info. If its a scam, they are good.

Called twice.  The first time I answered, there wasn't anyone on the line.  They called back right after I hung up the first time.  Seems like an automated dialer is being used????

Got a call from 770-250-2089 it was Verizon trying to verify that the changes my son made on my account are alright by me. He verified my password on the account and my last four of ssn. When he verified I was the account holder he then put my son on the line as well. When I said it was my son he said "Thank you, that is all we needed to confirm these changes are ok to be made." And that was it.

received a call from the number today from what sounded like a black man who claimed to be from Verizon. He stated my bill was returned and wanted my new address. I asked him what address he had on file and he said it was confidential. I then said good bye and hung up. Verizon has my corret address and they automatically bill me so I knew it was a fishing scam to get personal information for who knows what. Never give out your information to anyone like this. Always call the business directly by the number you know and trust.

Got a call 5/12/2010 from a guy claiming to be with Verizon. He asked for me or my husband by name and said that mail had been returned so they needed to update our address information, and was this a good time to do that. I said no and to call back this evening. He said that would be impossible but I could dial *6something (I didn't write it down) or log in to my Verizon account.

Got a call from this number yesterday & another 2day but missed both calls.  No message left.  Tried to return the call, got music & then hung up on.  Definately won't be answering if they call back.

I got a call from this number today and it was a girl who claimed to be from Verizon. I've since moving received stuff from Verizon at my new address... and my billing is all done online. I asked her what address they have on file and she said due to 'security reasons', she couldn't provide it. I asked for a little bit of an explanation as to why they want my address but can't give me the one they have on file for me... she just said 'sorry to have bothered you' and hung up. Tell me that doesn't sound like some crap.

I got a call from this number on 3/18/2010 at 11 AM and then again on 3/19/2010.  Did not answer either time.  They did not leave a message.  There is a particularly hot place in Hell reserved for telemarketers and phone scammers.
