This is a scam. They called me once and said that I was late on payments on my car when I had in fact paid through the upcoming month.

They just called me and said I owe money on a car that I don't even owe.

This is Wachovia Dealer Services.  They keep calling me for someone else who apparantly has not paid their bills even after I told them that I have no contact with that person and I did not give permission to be used as a reference.  They are always apologetic and promise to remove me but they continue to call.  Not sure how to get rid of them

Called in the afternoon and left message. When I checked my voicemail all it was was someone breathing and noises in the background. I called back to see and got a recording from Wachovia Dealer Services.
