How can you speak to management when the lady on the other end of the phone is so rude and just places you on hold without saying a word. All of a sudden you hear nothing but music playing in the background. If you don't have time to call and speak to people about what you want from them, find a more convenient time for you to call them. You don't place someone on hold when you are asking money from them.

This would be cause for immediate termination if anyone did this.

Our call was from Yolanda, when I called back she wouldn't give me any information because I was not my husband. Neither would her superior. I told them not to call me again.  They say they're from Georgia, but they have a local Dallas number.
This is not the way reputable companies do business.

It's a shame that the account data that is submitted to this "STUART LAW" is erroneous or old accounts that are no longer in business or exist. I have owned the number your fine firm submitted to  "STUART LAW" for 2 years & 9 months. It is a private/unlisted/residence number yet I am fielding calls from  "STUART LAW" for something that I have never had a part in or been involved with..Sounds like a case of extreme negligence on your company's part..

This information is a fact & I would not be the least bit surprised if the majority of the complaints on here are from other individuals that have never had dealings with ATT ADVERTISING SOLUTIONS( YELLOW PAGES) and are just unfortunate private citizens that have ended up with a defuncts business phone number..

Call came in as 770-263-9682,    ID shows STUART LAW  My answering machine picked it up & Rochester the Butler answered it..They hung up...They left No message.. They get 2 more attempts then they go into my Telemarketer / Debt Collector CallBlock List of Shame...

Im a 20 year old college student my only debt is student loans so I Have no idea why they keep calling my house. I tries to call back but the call wouldn't go through.

My boyfriend got a message from these people with a robot voice, telling him to call a number, because jd stewart law group was trying to collect a debt... I told him to call it back, even though I suspected it was a scam. My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years, and has no debt, has never had a credit card, or opened any kind of account anywhere that would cause him to accrue debt.  So he called, and waited, and after about 4 minutes on hold, a woman came on. He asked her about the message he received, and she proceeded to ask him for personal information in order to verify that it was really him. (No reasonable person is going to pretend to be a person with a debt to pay anyway) Anyway, he told them sorry, if they couldn't tell him the name of the company on the original contract, then he was not going to give them any info.

Hey, stop answering your phone with numbers you do not know.  They'll give up sooner or later.  Also if it's your cell phone, download an app to block them! I have Mr Number and Caller Identity.

Checking the no it apparently belong to a Stuart Law in Atlanta. I have reported them twice to the National Do Not Call Registry and suggest you do the same.

Bring it to the attention of "management" LOL! Somebody must be getting a newyear BONUS. Use the words "arrest" and "jail" in the same sentence and get even more!

If this happened to you please bring it to the attention of management, if the call was recent it is likely recorded and the truth can be determined.  The employees are not to use the word arrest at any time.  Period.

If the call is to the wrong person, the company is wasting its efforts and money.  It's not in anyone's best interest to call the wrong person.  Please let us know and we will remove the phone number with haste.

Dialed several times back with *67 and asked them what they want - they ask for personnel information they should have if they know WHO they call.
13 calls in December - this is going on for at least 9 month using different names they claim are at this number.
In my opinion this so called "law office" are grade AA scum-bags stealing from me by abusing my property, invading my privacy and greatly, over that time-frame, reduce my life-quality.

I submitted the calls (voice files as I record automatic first 15 seconds which I can turn of or let record when call come on my decisions) they made to me the last 6 month up to 4 times a day.

I'm bound by the law of the home-country in terms what I publish on our websites or otherwise on web and a person that can not identify them self with a biz number, bar # or such  when asked MULTIPLE times is not somebody I need to worry about his privacy.

If this "Lawfirm" wants to take legal steps - go ahead. You got my name, phone# and address, send me a certified letter and we see at court.

This scumbag debt collector is threatening us to jail if we don't pay $220 dollars from an old AT&T phone line.

I'm not an US citizen but live legal in USA, my number is listed on the "Do not call list" + my number is mine since 2005, no changes in account name or number.
This number is not used NOWHERE as contact number and only shared with a very selective circle of folks as it is my [private number.
I have no as of - Z E R O - debt and all my banking run over my home-country.
I do work at night because of time difference and this people call MULTIPLE times per day. And this since month!!

Obviously they do neither confirm Who the calling nor do they respect a friendly call with explanation and request to have number removed.

When you call them they claim to be a law office but they can not give you a biz number, bar number or any other ways to identify.

These nuts call me every single day.  I have never answered or called back.  Seems like there should be some way to stop this harassment.  (Some way that doesn't require me taking time off of work;  Hiring an attorney;  Altering my life in anyway).

Got a call, ignored it! I do not answer phone numbers I do not know! If I owe, send me a bill in the mail! I had medicaid when I went to the hospital, if they did not pay, contact them, not me!

I don't know who they are but they never leave a message and I never answer my home phone unless I know who is calling.
I only have a home phone so that my kids can call me when they get home from school so I leave the ringer off.

You seriously doubt it?  When this whole thread has comments from different people stating your company states they are going to sue them?  Your "company" keeps calling the wrong person, they've been told it's the wrong number, and yet, still your company calls?  I seriously doubt you're doing anything but damage control - and not very effectively either.

The city stopped the red light camera program, however, all violations before the end of the program are still valid and due.

On medical accounts proper protocol would be only to speak with the person whose name is on an account.  That's not a scam, that's following the rules and treating people properly.

Our company represents very few hospitals.  We represent the doctors that staff hospitals.  As the signs up at every hospital say, the doctors will bill you separately.
