i got a call from unknown person nd the no is +964 781 836 4524

got a call from this no. Today 9/22/11 at 6:03 pm. He did not start talking immediatly, asking for me. A deep voice and didn't seem sure about how to pronounce the name.
Same no. has called before.I hung phone up after I did not know that voice.
HOPE YOU CAN STOP THIS.

called once, then called again when I didn't answer the first time. Of course, I didn't answer the second time either.

Keep getting this call over & over when I pick it up there is no answer or they hang up.  I dailed it back & it was a disconnected # How does this happen is it someone from Phone company playing tricks?

Give them the whistle!  Or an air horn.  Actually, I'm thinking about investing in the companies that make this stuff.  Because it is the cheapest way to get an individual caller to stop.  How long it takes a boiler room depends on how stupid they all are.  Would you want to be the guy who makes that next call?

As soon as they start the spiel, simply hit 'em in the ear with an air horn or metal whistle.  Should do the trick.

They have been calling for several days.   I see a number I can't identify and never answer.  Unavailable shows on the ID.  I am on the no call list, and I don't want whomever this is to call me again.

Well I can see I am not the only having this problem.  They keep calling me,  12 times just today. They said they want me to have them do a website for me......I said No,  I do my own site,  now they won't stop calling and when you  call back it is a "Number not in Service".....

Keep calling and leaving no message.  I want them to stop calling me!  Anyone know what to do.  I am registered on the No Call List.

I keep getting calls from this number about diabetic supplies and they want my SS number so they  can bill medicare.. I have said we are on a no call list and I have repeatedly said do not call me, but they ignore that have called over and over for months.

Googled this number to find out more info, as they have been calling my place of business repeatedly, wanting to talk to the owner about marketing opportunities.

When I told the caller this AM that I knew who he was and what he was doing was illegal and would eventually be arrested HE became indignant.  I told him the disconnected number from which he was operating his scam was on the internet with several complaints and that eventually he would be caught he hung up.  

Is there nothing the phone companies can do about this?

They do not answer right away, the caller has a heavy accent.  He said he was doing a survey and he wanted to talk to the person at this number who was diabetic.  I told him it was none of his business.

They have been calling 2 or 3 times a day for about 5 days.  I tried to pick up one time and got a dial tone.  Since then I just ignore it.

they just keep on calling me everyday. I'm sick of it. when I tried to call back it says its an international number and the call cannot be completed.

they need to be caught. it seems they are using magic jack or something. it is very annoying getting these scam calls. i am thinking about going off the grid period!! i would not be surprise if they are not watching me type this message lol.

i got this call at 7:29 pm.  a woman with india accent.  she asked for a woman named caroline. i've been getting alot of calls for caroline the past four months. the scary part is...i've gotten these calls on my cell phone that i've had for over two years, and on my home phone which i've only had for about five months, and i've gotten two pieces of mail for her.....we have been living in our home for twelve years now. i think i can safely say ....she doesn't live here.   i would advise everyone to check your credit reports, as i will be doing tomorrow.   btw   they called looking for a senior with medicaid.  i hope this helps some one.

this number is calling from Kazakhstan.  the full number is 011 770 2979138. i got four calls in a 12 hour period so i answered and they asked for me i said to leave a message and they said they would call back and hung up. Its most likely a scam but i don't have my number listed anywhere. I didnt start getting these random calls until i signed up with verizon for cable and internet.

I am receiving calls from this number as well as many others and I cannot get them to stop.  They are now calling my job 15 times or more back to back.  I am so frustrated, I do not know what to do.  I read your post and you mentioned ic3, what is that?  What do i do and how do I make it stop?

They call my business several times a day with  very heavy accent, they are rude and when I tell them the owner is not here they ask for partner or co-owner and at that point I slam the phone in their face. They call and hang up and are really disruptive.

they are calling from Kazakhstan the number is 011 (country code) 7 (city/county) 702. idk how they got my number the only new anything added to my phone number is verizon fios. heavy accent. its international so the us government cant do anything about it.
