so I keep getting calls from this no to my cell phone someone looking for anna something. I told them they have the wrong no so the keep calling so so one day ask for a supervisor name mr fenray or something like that. I told him I did not want anymore calls to my no but he was so rude and nasty to me he kept raising his voice and had a nasty tone. I could tell by the way he talk to me he does not like females. I just want them to stop calling my no they have the wrong no.
This place of business has called several of our office lines, I returned the telephone call to the number the woman on the other end was extremely unpleasant and when I explained that we were a new place of business and had received numerous phone calls/messages before I could finish she cut me off. Would not give her name nor the place of business and refused to let me run through the gamut of phone numbers of our office. She was rude, belligerant and just a extremely unpleasant person. And I still did not get our numbers taken off the list!
Did not leave a message that was clear or understandable though I am sure they marked it as a successful call on their end to get their services paid for.
No clue what they want.
I am out of the country, so I won't call back until they clearly identify who they are and what they want.

Im not sure who these people are but they are calling me on my job and not leaving any messages. I have not received a letter from them at all.
Nina with a hospital billing office where I had a procedure done in May 2013. I informed her that I have called the billing office 3 times and have given them my insurance info 5 times: the day the appointment was made, the day of service and the 3 times I called afterwards. She told me that insurance denied it due to "filing in a timely manner". I told her that's not my problem and they need to go back to the hospital to collect or write-off. She was very understanding and not rude at all. humm how quickly attitudes can change when they find out it's their own fault.
The building is infested with roaches, rats, and mold... they even have carpet in the bathroom!! Who does that!? It's pissy and unsanitary.. yuck! (Previous Employee)
This company is horrible!!! They have about 20 employes and treats them like s**t, therefore the employees take it out on the customers... Not saying it's right at all, but trust me they won't be around for long...
They are absolutely horrible, rude, and impossible to work with. How do I complain about this company to the hospitals that use them, contract with them and pay for them, so they will not continue to support this agency and their poor practices?

That is a Drop Dead Letter I got off of Clark Howard's site. Once it's sent, they cannot contact you and if so, you can use it to file a complaint. I have also used this letter and its effective. I include any names I get from any callers from the company at the bottom.

Diversifided Account Systems sent me a letter stating I owe $39 and change to a Dr. Mohan in Monroe, GA. of GA LAPAROSCOPIC SURG. SPEC.
So, I call Dr. Mohan's office and talk with their accounts manager (which turns out to be Dr. Mohan's wife). I give her my name, address, and social security number, and they come up with an old account that was paid "IN FULL" last year. I explain that I am receiving letters demanding payment from Diversified Account Systems collection agency for Dr. Mohan's services, and she stated that they NEVER sent my account to collections and as far as she knows they don't even use DIVERSIFIED.
I would like to know how they got my personal information, and why they think I will send them money that I don't owe. It would be totally crazy to ruin ones credit over $39.
I am so angry that I am now in the process of sending these collection clowns a validity letter with copies to the GA State Attorney General and am considering filing a complaint with their local BBB.
This company just will not listen to anything you have to say. We have primary and secondary insurance therefore we should never get dr or hospital bills. If there is a bill it's an error and not my issue. I will not be bullied into paying a bill that is not mine.

Here's the thing: If this company is Diversified Accounts System, then why are they calling me with no authorization? I have never received a letter from them. They are not on my credit report. On whose behalf are they calling? Why are they calling? Since they don't ever leave a message, they don't give you this information. This has got to be illegal!

i get calls all the time from this place. this woman name kathy calls me every month. she is rude and uses profanity. i am doing the best i can. i get behind everyone now and then but she tell me if i miss my payment the balance in full is due. i am tired of this woman. i wondered if i complained to the hospital i owe and tell them how rude she is if they would put someone else on my account

Considering that I don't have any outstanding medical debts... there is no reason this collection agency should even be calling me. However, the woman left a message on my voice mail and called me by my first name. I don't know where they got my personal info, but they are barking up the wrong tree. As I said... I don't owe ANY medical bills to any hospital or doctors office. I won't pay for something that I DON'T OWE.

They are rude, harass people and have no customer service skills. I have already reported them to the BBB. Do not deal with these people if it can be helped. If you know what you owe for then contact the company and pay through them (usually they deal with hospital bills). Also report Diversified Account Systems harassing behavior to the hospital or other source of your bill.
This is Diversified Credit. They collect for hospitals and such. They are rude, harassing, and have no sense of customer service at all. Avoid them at all costs. If you want to take care of the bill then find out what it is and pay it at the source, don't even start dealing with these people
Hell, I work, go to college, and pay my bill through the hospital itself and these people still call and harass me. What is your bright idea now? Hmm? What should I do? Pay the hospital and these cons? Deal with being harassed and treated like s*** when I am taking care of my bill at the source? You can all defend them and try to make out like the people being called deserve this treatment but you are full of it.
Not everyone who deals with these people are folks not paying their bills. Look how many people have gotten harassing phone calls from them trying to contact someone who doesn't even live at that residence. On top of that, regardless of if someone has a delinquent bill or not, people still have a right to be treated with respect. Some people are going through hard times and I'm sorry but if the options are A) Pay a hospital bill or B) Put food on the table for my family, then you can damn well assume I'm going to provide for my family first.
I used to pay my bill through Diversified but as soon as the woman I dealt with (a Kathy Holloway) got rude and snappy with me on the phone, well I told them where they could stick it and decided to work directly through the hospital.
So yeah, regardless of anything else, their bullying, rude, unprofessional behavior is not acceptable and is not something I will tolerate.
They called me, it rang once, maybe twice and they hung up. I called back the an Afro-American lady says "hello" , i ask "who is this" she says nothing, I ask again she says "is this Richard Furburgular" I ask agian she says "deversify" I say ''deversify what.. I dont have a portfolio'' the bi*** hung up. How can they collect a debt if they want even talk to you? what do I owe? to who? They should out source to India.

The call showed on my caller id as "Diversified Accounts Collections" and the message was left by...none other than.....Kelly.
This is a collection agency named diversified Accounts Systems. They call and will not tell you who they are. they are a collection agency for most Hospital like piedmont in Georgia and alot of Doctors offices. They will call all hours late weekend and if you want tell them who you are they will just hang up and keep calling. They use the name Kelly alot and they can be very ugly.
