this number keeps calling and hanging up at approximately every 15 min.....extremely harassing....

Yeah, I tried calling this number and keeps saying all circuits are busy, please try your call again. I tried to for 5 hrs. and nothing. So tells me something is not right here. Do not call here again.

I keep getting annonymous calls from this number...I answer the phone and they dont answer...very annoying...

I have received several calls from this numbe.  Nobody answers when I pick up.  How do I stop them from calling.

Called and spoke in Spanish, when I spoke in English, they wouldn't respond, hanged up.

No one there when answering.  Call comes from Fairburn, GA.  Should be a law against this phone harassment.

This # keeps calling at least 2x's a day!

I began receiving numerous junk calls from this number in October 2011. Every time I attempted to call the number back, I was connected to an "all circuits are busy" recording. I feel that there is a high probability that the caller is attempting to scam people. I blocked the number using the call block feature on my phone. After receiving no calls from this number for two and a half months, my phone rang once on January 28, 2012 (indicating a blocked number). When I checked my Caller ID, I found out the caller was "Out of area" and the number shown was 1-770-306-4985.

They called saying I had won a FREE gift and merely wanted "MORE" info to send my free gift. It was clearly an atempt to get info for identity theft.
Best to check with your credit bureau, cuz sometimes your ID is already being used.

These guys are scammers; Basically they told me I had won $500.00 and what was my address.  I disconnected at that point . The Do not Call Registry is a farce  I understand some states have similar ones that you can pay to have the thieves keep calling you. Legitimate companies generally observe or will apologize and remove your number. As a former telemarketer for a Medicare Advantage insurance company we have our spiel as well.  

We Identify ourselves, give the company name and address and ask to speak to whoever the recent retiree is? If they prefer not to be on our list they inform us we apologize and remove them. That said this is an example of a legitimate telemarketing call.  These guys are not try to sell you anything they are to trying to steal.  Best bet you can report it to the don not call registry ( waste of time) or inundate the FCC and your attorney generals office. Funny caller Id also V01281520010085  nothing on Google on this I could find.  Get a call block on you phone or have a whistle  the kind that coaches and police officers use say nothing perhaps say hola ..hi or a choice vaya al carajo direct translation Go to #$%^.  Either before or after you blow the whistle or both have fun with it on them and report them to the above anyway.  My feeling is after an attack from an irreverent whistle blast in your ear ..you ain't calling back.  Best of Luck

Chances are you have done business with Bank of America or are currently doing business through a credit card, CD, mortgage, finance company, etc.  If so, the Do Not Call law gives them the right to call you.  The only way you can stop it is to ask them to remove your number from their calling queue or write a letter.  I've also used emails which works sometimes.

Until the Democrats, Republicans and other Government officials STOP taking our money and extended vacations and INSTEAD do their jobs by keeping predatory criminals from assaulting us on our phones it is better to NOT answer or return the call.

A woman called in spanish. She wanted to know my name, I asked her if she was looking for someone specific. She said she was from the telephone company, when I asked her which one she said some name that I've never heard about and that it worked with many telephone companies. She kept insisting on knowing my name even after I told her that I was not responsible for such things. Sounded like a scam so I hung up.

They said that we won a gift card  for good paying of the utility services then i ask from which company are you calling from and they hung up ..... obviously they wanted my credit card number........ go to your computer and have this number screen and problem solve.

Block calls by calling *60 and waiting for instructions.  You may block 10 calls at a time.

I also am receiving numerous phone calls from this number.  How do we stop these phone calls?
I am on the no call list.  When I ask who is calling, they spanish speaking woman hangs up.

received calls from 770-306-4965 various hours of the day , Spanish speaking folks on the other end. When I call back phone is dead air.

Received a call.  Answered and caller was talking in Spanish.  I said that I don't speak Spanish and he said "ok" and hung up.

just got a call from 770-306-495.  there were two calls already on my caller id from same #.  when i pick up all i heard was someone talking rapidly in spanish (so rapid i couldn't even tell it was spanish).  i said i don't understand a word you're saying and she said "i'm sorry" in english and hung up on me.

Periodically get calls from this very number. Yes they speak spanish... say Bueno!! I try to get them on a reverse dial... and get " circuit are busy".... the call is from Georgia... and I would assume a scam. I am reporting them to the Public Utilities Commision .

Keep getting unwanted calls from1-770-306-4985. They start out in spanish & when I say hello they hang up!

I received a call today (12/29/11) and they did not leave a voicemail. I tried to call back and there was a recording (woman's voice in English)  saying "we're sorry all circuits are busy now, please try your call again later."

They called me 3 times in a row, it sounded like Spanish speaking women in a boiler room, I yelled at them to stop calling, probably won't work, but good news if you have Time Warner Phone service, if you have a registered account with Time Warner, Go to MY SERVICES, go to VOICE ZONE, and select SELECTIVE CALL BLOCKING.
you can enter up to 30 numbers, and Click SAVE , it basically reroutes the call to a box with a message saying you have been blocked from calling this number...SWEEEEEEET !
so far it appears to be free, but all phone companies need to add this feature, Thank You Time Warner.
