These people called and said I owe them money for a student loan. Funny since I never attended college. Threatened to send a sheriff to my house and to garnish my income tax checks. Guest I better get a job so they can get their money. They will be waiting awhile.

A LADY THAT GOES BY THE NAME OF MS MACCARTER HAS BEEN CALLING ME AT MY JOB FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT NOW,ALMOST EVERY DAY.SHE CLAIMS TO BE WITH FITZGEARLD LAW FIRM.SHE SAYS I OWE THEM MONEY FOR A CHARG OFF ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.I'AM NOT SURE WHAT HER GAME IS .BUT I COME REAL CLOSE TO LOSING MY JOB HAVING TO TAKE TIME OUT TO ANSWERING HER CALLS.MY JOB IS INSIDE SALES AND MY TELEPHONE HAS TO BE CLEAR FOR MY CUSTOMERS.SHE DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS AND KEEPS CALLING BACK.TODAY SHE WANTED TO GET MY HR'S NUMBER TO VERIFI EMPLOYEEMENT.I NEED HELP GETTING HER OFF MY BACK ARE I WILL LOSE MY JOB.I CAN'T GO WITHOUT A JOB SINCE MY WIFE IS DISABLE AND NEEDS INSURANCE COVERAGE.

The "Fitzgerald Law firm" has called and claimed I owe on students loans, long ago paid off through National Health Service Corps. They continue to call despite my conversation with them assuring they have the wrong person. I am glad this site exists to calm my fears of fraud by the government agency that forgave the loans.

the law firm keeps calling, my loan was paid off in 2001, they will not send any thing in writing, they have sent nothing, the university i attended and the federal goverment show i paid this off yet this MS dover, it this is her real name seems to want money now and this turnip is fresh out

I received a call from Fitzgerald law firm trying to collect on a debt that was paid off 25 years ago. They are rude and insist that I owe the debt. They were telling me that this was a federal student loan, I took out a student loan through a private lender and paid it off 25 years ago.

i keep recieving calls from this so called law firm attempting tocollect on a student loan,  i do not have any student loans ! state federalor otherwize  i was told by the university to gather info on this call and report it ,  so fitzy the feds are looking at you  solitious a***

This is a number from the Fitzgerald - law firm - collection agency -junk dept scavenger. I have only been in contact with them for a couple of days and they are telling me lies and demanding my credit card numbers and bank info. They don't like to send validation, it makes tham mad.
